Earthadelic went above and beyond our expectations on our sunroom. We decided to increase the footprint of our home by converting our screened in porch to a sunroom. Most impressive was the consistency throughout the project of professionalism of the team. It's very rare to have follow through on communication to showing up every day early and on time. We were very happy with the entire crew from Kevin on the front end and back end of the project, to Preston, Steve and both Tom and Jose. I would highly recommend Earthadelic for any interior project!

Earthadelic did an amazing job on my new back patio and I could not be happier! They were reasonably priced, started right on schedule, were a delight to have around, very efficient and talented with the pavers. THANK YOU, EARTHADELIC!! I am biased, but I think I have the most gorgeous back yard in town. Nathan Melton designed it and made requested adjustments. Miguel and his team did the plantings in March 2025. Because I have a weird yard (dry spots, wet spots, sun then shade then sun again) some plants just didn't thrive as anticipated. Nathan came out for another look, checked on what was and wasn't working. The Earthadelic team wisely decided to wait for cooler weather to make replacements. Cue Anthony Granda (horticulturist), Miguel and team who came out this week (Sept 2025) to do the warranty replacements. Anthony told me how take care of everything, suggested fertilizer and pruning, the works! The guys are NOT looking at their phones every 2 seconds. Work the job, clean up, bye! Hire Earthadelic! You will be glad you did.

Forrest (Project Management/Execution) ensured the entire process ran smoothly, and Miguel and Esteban (Installation Team) executed the vision with skill and dedication. All of these professionals, including Josh and everyone else working in the background, ensured that the work was executed exactly as they said, which is the hallmark of a truly reliable business.

Functionality was a top priority for me, particularly regarding critical elements like drainage and the final grade around my home and a very steep driveway. Earthadelic exceeded my expectations, ensuring the foundational elements of the landscape are perfect. We worked together with Kevin Ritter to update and repair our front porch/stoop. He was very kind, resourceful and listened attentively to what we wanted. Earthadelic’s talented staff designed and built a beautiful porch. They went above and beyond in 1) design: creating a beautiful herringbone brick pattern and 2) function: adding extra drainage to ensure that water would not pool in front of steps when it rained. These items were not originally in the plans but we found that as a company they stand behind their work and wanted it not only to be beautiful but also to make sure we would not have future problems. Earthadelic took good care of us.

For years, my wife and I have wanted to demolish our shoddy sunroom and build a larger living room in our home. Originally constructed in 1959, our house was compartmentalized, and we wanted a larger gathering space. Over the years, we invited many contractors, architects, and engineers, but never felt encouraged by what was offered or recommended. That is until the Nichols Company got involved. As soon their first visit, we were excited about the project and we decided to move forward with them. Together over the next few months, we collaborated on our renovation. The finished product of our new living room & patio is better than I ever expected! We love it!

Aaron and his team at The Nichols Company have been excellent to work with for our project. We wanted a roof over our patio and experienced several contractors who wanted to do what they wanted to do and not what we wanted to do. Once we met with Aaron, he provided us with a reasonable estimate with exactly what we wanted. His team came out everyday on time and showed the utmost respect and professionalism.

Fantastic crew! We are no stranger to bathroom renovations, and this by far was the smoothest process. Everyone showed up on time, and worked quickly, but with expert craftsmanship.

The Nichols Company performed a tub-to-shower conversion for me, and the end result looks great! I've had several comments from friends and family on how well it looks. Ron and Hunter did a great job and were professional and courteous the entire time they were in my house. Also, I like the way they do their initial estimate and invoicing, as it is broken down by labor, materials, and fees, instead of just one lump sum (fixed). This way helped me understand where my money was going. My only caution would be to make sure you fully understand that material costs also includes labor. I didn't know this upfront, and the materials cost ended up being nearly double that of actual cost of materials. I don't understand this, but then I'm not used to this kind of billing structure. I don't think you can go wrong in hiring The Nichols Company for your home construction needs.

We had a wonderful experience with Aaron and his crew when they covered/screened in our porch, finished out a storage room that we converted to a workout space and added board and batten in our dining room. Aaron really went above and beyond with regular check ins to make sure every detail was exactly how we wanted it. I also found his crew to be extremely kind, trustworthy and professional. We hired The Nichols Company through recommendation for several home renovation projects in 2025 - including a full kitchen remodel, master and guest bath remodel, garage refresh with drywall and paint and new doors. They also corrected and completed poor work done by a previous crew on flooring, a half bath and exterior roof overhang. These guys are professional, hardworking and did a beautiful job. We contracted with them to build a covered patio on the back of our home. Bob, Danny, Ronny, and the crew did a wonderful job! The quality of construction and finish work exceeded our expectations. Sandeep, our project manager communicated with us so we always knew what was going on. We highly recommend The Nichols Company for new construction, remodeling, or additions to your home.

Construction is not always known for professionalism, but this company falls below that even. Would not recommend.
