After meeting the owner and talking to him at length he was very understanding to my concerns in the issue I was having. It felt like they really do care and everything is moving in a positive direction.
I would not hesitate in referring this company to anyone needing their services.

We were very pleased with the whole experience with 1Knox. They were very professional from the inspection, price quotation and performing the work. They arrived actually early to do the work and their workmanship was spot on. I would reccomend them to anyone needing repair work.

We had our roof replaced, from the first time Gerardo showed up to check roof and give estimate, we felt comfortable and confident with 1Knox. The crew showed up on time went right to work and worked till job was done. They did a great job cleaning up afterwards. We highly recommend 1Knox.

Gerardo did a great job on a custom siding repair and project I had. He was patient and dedicated to achieving the results we wanted. Always easy to get a hold of, communicated well and price was fairly reasonable. Would definitely recommend

Gerardo and his team have done an incredible job! My home was in need of a variety of exterior repairs, and they were able to handle all of them! They did major repairs on my back deck including sanding and repainting the whole thing (24'X30'), rebuilding the staircase, replacing all the handrails, and replacing some floorboards. They also repaired my gutters, which had come detached in some areas. I learned this was because the original installer used OSB particle board instead of a higher quality wood, but they replaced the wood and added some flashing to get the gutters working correctly. They also replaced 2 damaged windows, and at the request of my wife they got them both done in 1 day so we wouldn't be missing any windows overnight. They handled all our specific requests with no fuss and in a reassuring way.
In addition to all this they installed a new front door and a new storm door which they provided. The job site was cleaned up after all repairs were made.
Even though they performed a lot of work above and beyond what we originally discussed the price did not go up from the original estimate, which is astonishing! Living in Farragut, I had a few estimates for repair work in the past, and the prices were all unreasonably high. These guys honestly deserve 6 out of 5 stars.
This has been the best experience and value I have ever experienced when hiring a contract company, and on top of all this, their work comes with a 5-year warranty! If you need any exterior work done on your home your search for the right guys just ended. These are the guys you want!

We recently purchased our home in Knoxville and realized shortly after moving in we had a leak in our roof. I received 3 quotes to repair and or replace our entire roof. We received the most reasonable bid from 1Knox Construction and after checking their reviews we chose them to not only replace our roof, but also our gutters. Gerardo was professional from the start and listened to our questions and concerns. He gave us options, kept us informed and his crew on schedule. He was on site each day and even after the work was completed to make sure we were satisfied and the job site was cleaned up.
We highly recommend his company and have already had him quote another project for our home.

I have to be honest, I don't know anything about the construction company at all or their work ethic or anything like that. I can only speak to how I've seen some of their workers act in public.. I was at a gas station Lenoir City when they pulled in and parked blocked four parking spots at a gas station where there's only 7.

Highest level of professionalism from the top down. Answered all my questions and helped me understand what they were doing and working on. Constant updates with status and daily pictures was impressive.

They designed and built a pump system to resurrect a complex water feature that had failed from the original design. Now the fountains and waterfalls work like they were originally intended to.

Travis and his team repaired my irrigation system today. Not only was the repair done for the amount quoted in the estimate but even parts of my system that had never worked are now functioning perfectly. I could not have asked for a better outcome.

We used Anchored Construction to install pavers around our fire pit. They did an outstanding job! The design and work quality was awesome. Great price, and when they finished the area was cleaned and the paver patio was just what we wanted. Would recommend Anchored Construction!

We hired Travis and his crew in 2017 to build an addition to our home in North Knoxville. They did a great job, stayed in budget and dealt with problems quickly and fairly. We'd hire them again for a project without hesitation.
