I just had a roofing job completed by Cornerstone and couldn't be more satisfied! The crew was excellent and we fell in love with them in the few days they were at our home. The roof was a 12/12 pitch and two stories and they had no issues with removing the old and installing the new Certainteed dimensional shingles. The job site was left as clean as if they were never there. We were pleased with the sales staff and doing whatever they could to make us happy. I have never wrote a review but in this case I can't help but give them my highest recommendation. Ask for Mariana's crew and salesman Kevin Pack!

Our family had such a good experience working with Kevin and his crew with cornerstone! We had a huge tree fall on our slate roof of our favorite rental property and had to make a claim with State Farm. I considered using a different company that the agent with state farm initially suggested and I wasn't impressed with them, but as soon as I met with Kevin I knew he was very capable of doing the best job possible and making it easy for our family to work with the insurance company. Kevin was able to help my family find things that were damaged from the tree that we might not have noticed, and he was able to talk to the insurance company and got everything approved! We had a brand new slate roof installed, new gutters, fixed a tin roof, repaired/painted the plaster, and rebuilt a small fence, and all of it was quality work! I appreciated that Kevin kept in touch with me on a weekly basis on how I wanted the job done and when to expect it to be finished. It truly was a pleasure doing business with Kevin, and I would highly recommend working with Cornerstone if you have a project you want done professionally!

Cornerstone construction did a phenomenal job at my home. Kevin, Josh and the crew are truly experts at what they do. They did not rush to finish and made sure my deck that was built and basement work they did was truly done correctly and with skilled hands. The price was also very fair. I would recommend Cornerstone to anyone without reservations.

Kevin was on-time for all appointments and provided a detailed estimate. He was easy to communicate with as we clarified the scope of the project. It was not an easy project - replacing rotting siding, detaching a deck to install flashing, replacing rotting posts, and finally adding a screened porch.

His team had input in the design that made for a great outcome. We thought we would need a sloped roof and they recommended the A-line pitched roof emphasizing it was going to look a lot better. It really does! They suggested the tongue-and-groove cedar ceiling and retractable screen doors that I didn't know existed. They even located shingles that matched the roof on the house!

He communicated any changes to the estimate that included credits too. There were a few minor schedule delays but Kevin always communicated ahead of time and it wasn't a problem for us.

Kevin handled permitting, inspections, and had a full staff of framing crew, roofers, painters, electricians, and screening. Small things came up such as the wrong materials and damaged materials were delivered, and Kevin resolved the issues immediately.

We LOVE the porch. It looks like it's always been there.

I have already recommended Kevin to a couple of friends and I look forward to working with him again.

I am new to the area and needed quality, reliable work done on my house. I found Cornerstone and they responded the next day. Keven listened to what I needed done, made sure he understood the uniqueness of my circumstances and promptly visited my home, made a temporary repair on my roof and created a comprehensive estimate for the roof and siding work that I needed done. When the time came to actually start the work, his crew was on time and very professional. The work was done promptly, efficiently and properly. We were getting a rental house ready to sell, and Summit Painting coordinated their schedule with the window replacement to not only paint but also perform tasks such as replacing doors and correcting some nasty surprises left for us by the previous occupant. They did everything that we asked of them at a reasonable price and on time. Very pleased!

House looks great! Very pleased with their process - extremely professional - guys onsite kept things neat during work, asked questions when needed clarification, very polite and respectful of family and other workers. I am a frequent DIY type but did not want to paint standing on tall ladders again - so to say I am rather picky in results is an understatement... Well these guys simply hit it out of the ballpark. Paint coverage on the brick was complete with no touch-ups needed as they did not skimp on the paint (quality or amount). Coverage everywhere is very good and will protect our home for a long time (i worked in the coatings mfg industry before - they did it right). I like it that Will (owner) talked with me about what I wanted done, listened to me, and advised me when he had a better option.

I've had work done by Summit Painting and Remodeling on numerous occasions. Interior drywall repair and paint, and most recently (Early 2016) a large master bathroom project consisting of a new tile shower using Kerdi membrane and drain, finish carpentry around the tub, dry wall and paint.

Projects were always done well, with the site kept clean. Competitive pricing on all work. Very happy overall and would use them again.

The remodel they did in our kitchen was exquisite, to say the least. Hats off to John McClure and the family for recommending these guys to us. When we saw the amazing transformation that Summit did with their house, we were believers! Very professional, knowledgeable crew, thanks Summit!!

Will and his team were great. About a year ago they stained and sealed our new deck. This Spring we wanted our rooms painted, so contacted Will, who was able to work around our travel schedule.
The team painted all the rooms in our two story house plus the 5 room finished basement apartment. We chose several different colors, wanting our rooms to have life, and they got all the right colors in all the right rooms. The team members treated our home and family with respect and courtesy. They are diligent workers, and careful painters.
In addition to the painting, they hung a stained glass picture in our high, entry window (I don't climb ladders), and Will installed track lighting in my quilting studio and in the basement den.
I would gladly recommend their services to anyone, and plan to have them back again next year to reseal the deck.

Best contracting experiences I've ever had by far. Absolutely zero issues start to finish on every job. They've built an outdoor living gazebo next to our pool, painted our house, remodeled our bathroom, finished additional attic space for our children to have a hangout area and completed another addition to expand our kitchen. Hardworking, polite, sticks to timeline and most importantly HONEST. Highly recommend.

I have used Summit Painting several times and been impressed each time! The quality of work (drywall repair and painting) is excellent, with attention to detail that is much appreciated. Will (the owner) is professional and polite, arriving on time for each estimate and providing written estimates within 24hr. He is responsive to calls/texts/emails, and concerned with my satisfaction for each job. His pricing is fair and I trust his judgement/opinion on options. He recommends the "right" thing, not what will make him the most money. I appreciate that in a service provider, and recommend him without reservation.

We absolutely loved working with this company. Isaac, one of the employees, was over on time every day. He did his work and completely cleaned up each day so that we weren’t left with a mess. He took care of our home, as if it were his and our dog even came to love him. The finished product was well above what we expected, and we will be calling them again for any other remodeling work that we need.

Will Kaiser was very responsive when I was getting estimates from multiple companies. He and his team have been absolutely amazing to work with - even with my last minute changes. They go above and beyond when it comes to attention to detail. They started my project on the agreed upon date and had it finished before my timeline - which was very important to me. Great guys to work with; who I would highly recommend.

We employed Summit Painting to restain the exterior of a house that was badly in need of attention. They did an excellent job of making repairs before restaining, including finding ways to save money in the process. The exterior restaining looks great. We then employed Summit to repaint the interior of the same house. The work was done very carefully and with great results. The management and on-site workers were very easy to work with and paid attention to our requests. Final invoices were very close to original estimates. No surprises there. We give Summit an A.

Will and his crew did an excellent job. They redid our bathroom recently. Earlier painted most of the house interior walls, installed hardwood, pressure washed house exterior and rebuilt deck. Quality of work is very good. Materials chosen are genuine. His team is courteous and prompt to show up for work till project completion. We are a repeat customer. Already working with Will on our next project.

Summit Painting and Remodeling has completed a few projects for us within the past 2.5 years. They have done everything from painting, to removing our popcorn ceilings, to electric (including installing new lighting and electrical wiring), and repairing our porch roof. Will and his crew are professional and efficient. They are very conscientious about cleaning up when the job is done. In addition, the estimates Will has provided have been very accurate compared to the final cost of the jobs completed. We would highly recommend them. I was quite happy with the painting expertise, professionalism, and "go the extra mile" attitude of the crew from Summit Painting and Remodeling. The three young men painted two bedrooms (including doors and trim) and an accent wall in one day. They were respectful, easy to work with, and did an unbelievably good job. I will definitely call Summit Painting when I have another project to complete.

The service was amazing. We had a walk around and walk through the house to look at everything that needed to be done.

We had a couple of spots of water damage in multiple rooms, new trim, and the exterior needed to be repainted. The work was done fast and so well. Our ceiling in the basement was rough because I added and moved a number of in-ceiling fixtures. The team did such an awesome job smoothing my patching and painting everything. I will definitely call them next time we need some painting!
