We recently used Skilled Services for our office redesign project and the results were above expectations. From the first visit Ron had a great vision of the way the existing space could be best utilized and throughout the process gave us many great ideas on how to spice it up. The way it was designed helped us keep a relatively low budget but a high end look and feel. Our staff love the new space!

The crew of Rick, David and Ben did an outstanding job for us. The called to let me know their arrival time, did a professional job of installing foam under our driveway and cleaned everything up.

Thank y’all for such a painless experience! We had 3 crews come out to complete the work. Everyone was friendly and explained what work would be completed and gave me an overview after they finished for the day. Everything looks fantastic and I now feel safe and comfortable in my basement! Just waiting on the rain to give it a proper test.

The salesman was professional and explained the job very well. The company had great communication from start to finish. The crew that performed the work gave me updates the day of to let me know when they would precisely show up on my job. The 3 man crew consisted of Ricky, Ben, and Logan. They were thorough and informative about the dynamics of the job. They were great. Cleaned up after they were finished and had a great attitude throughout. I would definitely recommend This company to anyone in meds of their services. My job consisted of lifting a large concrete porch slab. Thank you for a job well done.

After this review they happily came and corrected the issues. The guys worked hard, and had to return with a second piece of equipment to finish the job. I wish this would have been done correctly the first time. Had that happen this would have probably been a 5 ⭐ review. Anyway thank you for coming out and fixing the problem.

I would go no stars if I could review that. We had a pump system put in our garage. It has taken care of most of the water after having a second set of pumps installed once again by Master Services. Because they designed systems would not keep up with our water problems. Here lays the problem. When they originally put in the drain pipe, they ran it under the driveway, and only buried it deep enough to barely cover the pipe. It constantly gets exposed. A couple weeks ago two gentlemen came out from Master Services and I quote "That should have never been put in there. It should have went towards the creek." Today Master Services shows up with a couple buckets of gravel and said "This is a one time complimentary fix. We don't bury our pipes that deep. It is your responsibility to keep gravel on it." I was away on a wildfire assignment, so my wife and mother in law had to deal with them. I agree with many of the post I see on here about them being conartist. I highly recommend finding a different company. Had they simply put in a new pipe that ran towards the creek and not under the driveway, they would have probably gotten a great review.
UPDATE: Attached find a picture of the fix. Also they left a bucket half full of gravel. I am out of town, my wife has a 5 lb lift restriction, and my mother in law is 74 years old. All of this has been talked about with MS. This bucket of gravel is sitting in the middle of the driveway.

Then came Giovanni and his crew, and I can’t say enough about their work ethic and attention to detail. They didn’t just meet the standard, they went above and beyond it at every turn. Their craftsmanship and pride in their work were evident throughout the entire project.

The final result has made a night-and-day difference in the condition and comfort of our home. From improved air quality to structural stability, the benefits were immediate and noticeable.

If you’re considering crawl space work of any kind, Master Services is the team to call. This is the level of quality and professionalism I wish I saw more often in this industry.

Had a corner of the foundation sinking, they installed five piers, none of which were easy as there were huge rocks in the way. Guys got the job done even with the problems. Workers were very pleasant, communication was great. Would do business with them again if needed.

Great experience, Johnathon was thorough and professional with his inspection and offerings. We did not follow through with Master Services at this time, but will consider them for any future needs.

I recently had my crawl space encapsulated by Master Services, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, their communication was exceptional. They kept me informed every step of the way, ensuring I understood the process and timeline.
The team was incredibly professional and completed the job expediently without compromising on quality. They arrived on time, worked efficiently and even went out of their way to show me some needed repairs in the crawl space area. I recently had wall stabilization done with Master Service’s carbon armor. Travis, Aaron and Joe were punctual, friendly, courteous, professional and efficient. I was expecting noise, chemical odor but there was none. I work from home and they were very respectful of that. They had to take down Sheetrock but there was only dust for me to clean up from that demo. I highly recommend Travis and his team from Master Services!

Very professional work and polite employees - from the sales engineers, to the project manager, to the on site team. They are the best in the area and when it comes to your home’s foundation, you want the best. And they have the warranty to back it up. I would definitely recommend them without hesitation.

I had a big water abatement job done in my basement 8 years ago and have been very pleased with how well the system with the 2 pumps is functioning. My only complaint is the escalating cost of the required yearly maintenance visit, which was $119. No one told me the charge would continually increase and that an additional charge for a second pump would be added in the future. The cost for my inspection this month is $169 plus $30 for the second pump, and a fee for using a credit card. Just a heads up for those on a fixed income. There's no looking around for a more affordable alternative and if the yearly inspections don't happen, you have no warranty.

Every step of the process, from sales to installation completion, was beyond outstanding! With no knowledge of basements, we requested bids from three companies. After reviewing the bids with each company and asking others with more experience with water issues in basements, we decided Master Services offered the best product…the lifetime guarantee played a major part in our decision. The installation was for an investment property and we live out of state…the peace of mind a lifetime guarantee provides is priceless to us.

Tyler Smith, our salesman, walked us through the entire process, explaining each step, not overselling when he had the opportunity (dehumidifier they sell would’ve been more than we needed, so he suggested we buy our own) and being available for calls when we had questions.

Colin was the lead installer and was extremely communicative throughout the installation process. If a step in the installation offered options, he explained each option thoroughly.

To say we were pleased with the service Master Services provided is an understatement…we were beyond blessed to find them and would recommend them to anyone looking for any of the services they provide. The customer’s experience is extremely important to them…it’s hard to find companies that share that belief.

Lee was spectacular in service and the debriefing after service. It was the most thorough I have ever had. He explained the services performed with photo evidence, the desired readings, the actual readings and why it it is important to have them within tolerance. A very knowledgeable, competent, and courteous service technician. Five star experience all the way around.

The wind was blowing the hide away anchor covers off the wall. Lee Santiago came and assessed the problem and gave me three options. The option we picked made the covers very tight. Lee was very courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. Lee is a very good service technician.
