We both think the best part of our experience with Master Services was the people. From the sales representative Taylor to the installation foreman Ryan including his two workers and the electricians were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful in explaining every process along the way. Everyone was honest and forthcoming. The finished product exceeded our expectations. A nice touch was a floormat they put down inside the entrance of our crawlspace.

Did a great job with my foundation repair. Jake, one of the installers, was very professional. He Answered all my questions, and made sure to text me when he was on the way. Jacob, the tech who came out to make the plan, was extremely capable, patient, and had great communication. It was a large job that required extensive planning, jacob kept up with me checking in over a 2 year period as I slowly got ready for the extensive repair.

FABULOUS Service!! Michael came out as soon as he could on our emergency call. He has serviced our dehumidifier for years and continues to demonstrate superb customer service, professional knowledge of the product, expert repair, and respect for customer's concerns.
I HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone wanting to waterproof your crawl space. The company is very reputable and the customer service is tremendous!

I am appreciative of the great work on my house that I have received from Master Services. Stephen was the technician that provided the annual service on my crawl space today and he was wonderful. He was on time, polite, and very respectful of my home. He offered helpful advice and information without being overly solicitous or pushy.

I had Master Services encapsulate my crawlspace and install a sump pump and dehumidifier. The work was done well and I’m very pleased with the overall results.

After installation, I had an unrelated electrical issue, Jose and Andrew came out and fixed it and they took additional time to fix my electrical panel cover (the screws were not securing tightly). Their manager David authorized the repairs at no additional charge, which I really appreciated.

Every time I’ve called in, Stormy has been extremely helpful, returned my calls promptly and kept me updated on when someone would be out for service. Great communication and customer service all around. I would definitely recommend Master Services.

I love working with Master Dry’s Real Estate Response Team and BJ Browning. In literally no time he’s out at the house I need inspected and I have a report within hours. The best thing about this is Master Dry doesn’t come back with an estimate that’s filled with items that are not needed and with outrageous costs. Very refreshing. Honesty, integrity, incredible knowledge and customer care is what Master Dry and BJ are all about!! Also love that BJ represents his company at our Women’s Council of Realtors meetings!

Master Services did an excellent job on our driveway the was settling and cracking for us. Ricky, Ben and David were very professional, friendly and showed up just when they said they would. They raised the concrete and sealed all the many cracks in 3 hours. I can’t say enough for the three of them. I highly recommend Master Services and Ricky, Ben and David, we are extremely pleased!

I contacted Master Services about my bouncing floors, within a week they sent out Nathaniel Votta to inspect my foundation and crawl space. Nathaniel explained what he found and had a solution within an hour. Nate explained the whole process from start to finish.
Within 4 weeks the work has been complete, thanks to the crew of Thomas, Daniel and Chet. I can't say enough how professional they all were. Thomas explained exactly what they were doing and assured me my concerns would be taken care of. They installed 2 45' sections of support beams along with their support jack system all within 2 days. They left my encapsulated crawl space just as clean as it was before they started. Thanks again, for job well done.

Great job - Scott and Pierson did a neat clean installation of our basement supports. Very straight. They redid our plastic barrier in areas and tacked it down too.

I just had Master Foundation at my house. They really do all things basementy. Scott, Allen, and Pierson are three of the nicest men you could have work on your home. I highly recommend them. They call before they come, they show up when they say they will, and they handle the job in a timely manner, cleaning everything up when they are done. If I could give them a hundred stars I would, but five is the best we can do.

We had an amazing experience with Master from start to finish. They came out to stabilize a wall in the attached shed on our older home and truly exceeded every expectation. Kyle and Chris C were exceptional! They were knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly thorough in both assessing the problem and explaining the solution. We got multiple quotes, and the difference was night and day. They took their time, answered all of our questions, and communicated clearly throughout the process. Their pricing was competitive and transparent, the work quality was excellent, and the lifetime warranty gives us so much peace of mind. You can tell they genuinely care about doing the job right, not just making a sale. If you need foundation work done, especially on an older home, I can’t recommend them enough. Truly amazing all the way around!

Completely satisfied master services came they gave me my estimate. Was on time done a perfect job had a small issue but they quickly took care of it very good people to work with. There crews was very nice had full knowledge of the job they was quick cleaned up. Very happy with everything they did and they used top quality to last a lifetime for sure Jordan Kyle and the whole team thank each and everyone of you for the service.

I had an estimate on some electric work and have been calling and calling to get a starting date. Everytime I speak with a lady who tells me I will get a return call. I understand about being busy but I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I had a great experience with your lineman crew on 5/1/17 at my property when a tree fell on my truck and pulled the power lines down with it. They were very helpful when they showed up and the tree was in the driveway. They cut up the tree and moved it to one side of the driveway. Thank you for the great service. Excellent service, good response, the guys that came out were knowledgeable, straight forward, thorough and kind. I was shown what was wrong and how it was fixed. I have had a rough go with electrical work and finally feel at ease. I will recommend Service One to family, friends and co-workers, I could not be more pleased.
