Their product to raise and stabilize concrete worked well, but they were extremely messy and now I have yellow splotches all over my concrete, siding, porch railing, porch furniture, and brick that will not come off. Spoke to someone and apparently they cannot get it off, so there’s nothing that can be done about it. Very unfortunate to pay $3k for a service but have them ruin the front of your home. They also broke my solar lights but I can replace those easily, fortunately. They offered to reimburse the 5 pieces of siding that need to be replaced, but there’s no guarantee that’s going to match the rest of the siding on the house so either way the entrance to our home is ruined.

I had the pleasure dealing with Jamie for the initial process, then Alfred, Andy, and Jeromy when the work was performed - and all I can say was it was a seamless process and completely exceeded all my expectations. Master Services on Clinton Hwy did an great job leveling the concrete floor and filling the cracks in our garage. The people that I talked with/texted (April, Amber, Stormy) were very friendly and knowledgeable; they scheduled everything at our convenience. We had Master Services do their thing on our extremely damp crawlspace about seven years ago. We've been extremely pleased with the work done and the results. Once a year they inspect and maintenance our sump pump and dehumidifier as well as inspect the crawlspace and foundation to make sure everything is in top shape. I called Masters on January 28th. A sales rep was here on February 2nd, and a crew did the job on February 11th. Done. The foreman was incredibly professional and wasted zero time while he was on site at my house. He did everything he possibly could for my home before he left. Very knowledgable and courteous.
