Wow, just Wow!!! Charlee at Kitchen Sales had recommended Will at Summit Painting and Remodeling to remodel our kitchen. We wanted to tear out everything, all the counters, a peninsula, and replace 8 windows and a door. The windows changed size, and required tearing down a major portion of the siding, building up the wall, and then replacing the siding. So we were expecting a crew of carpenters, plumbers, electricians, siding folks, painters, dry wallers, and cabinet installers. We expected to be without our kitchen for 2 to 3 months. What we got was Brent. Brent has every one of those skills and over 24 years of experience and was able to completely transform our kitchen in 13 days, and we were able to function in it again! We had to wait for the countertop to be cut after it was templated, then Brent was back to make it PERFECT! Brent had an amazing work ethic, extremely organized, and great attitude. He made sure that we were happy with everything. Brent told us that all Summit folks have full remodeling skills, and if they are all as good as Brent you can’t go wrong!

Where to start... BLOWN AWAY by Summit Signature and Bath!!! I was given their name by a friend of a friend that I was told would only hire the best. From the start, Will was incredibly responsive, which is rare in the biz. He was quick to lay eyes on my project and provide a very detailed quote that was spot on! He even gave approximate costs for all the materials that I wanted to purchase myself. Again, he was spot on! His timeline for our 3 bathroom remodel was outlined. And, once again, spot on! Will was always quick to answer my questions and give advice when needed. I believe Chris did most (perhaps all) the work on the bathrooms. I could not be more pleased. I tend to be a perfectionist on these type things, and I am beyond thrilled. Bathrooms look amazing! I was running this project from 3 hours away, but it was beyond smooth! So incredibly happy with my decision to hire Summit Signature and Bath! When I'm ready for a kitchen remodel, I will absolutely give Will a call. Did I mention they also left our home tidy with no mess to clean up?!?

Kitchen remodel: Truly excellent work and service. Will was really great to work with. He went above and beyond to help us with a difficult remodel. He gave an honest and accurate quote. He helped walk us through the whole process expertly. He was very responsive throughout the whole process and made it feel painless. Tyler performed the majority of the work on our project and was exceptional. He made sure everything was done right from start to finish. It was clear that they take a lot of pride in the work that they do and didn’t stop until the job was done right. I cannot recommend them highly enough and will continue to use their excellent service for any renovation needs we have in the future!

Will and his employee's from Summit Signature Kitchen and Bath are outstanding, especially Brent!. They recently completed a kitchen and first floor bath renovation. If you're like me you're getting quotes and judging companies off of reviews, reading some and being skeptical. Well let me save you some time. Summit were reasonably priced, trust worthy, on time, under budget, respectful and quick! It was an absolute pleasure to have them in our home working. Any slight change was met with enthusiasm and support. Anything we wanted tweeked was never a bother. In my opinion there is no other company to hire and we plan on using them for our other two bathrooms we need to update. Go with Will and Summit, you wont regret it!

We only have positive things to say about our experience with Summit! The owner, Will Kaiser, is very responsive and got back to us quickly every time we had a question, concern or idea to discuss. We appreciated that he was so communicative and knowledgeable. We also really appreciated Dustin, who worked hard every day to make our bathrooms completely perfect. Dustin did beautiful, meticulous work. I don't have a single complaint. We had been putting off updating our 1970’s master bathroom since we bought our house in Farragut 7 years ago. When the time was finally right, we trusted Will and Matt at Summit Signature and they delivered.
Will gave us an estimate detailing each piece of the job, breaking down labor and materials for each, plus an accurate estimate for the total job duration (15-17 days). He also gave us an estimate of what we would need to spend on our selection of other items such as tile, vanity, lighting and other accessories.
Will’s crew installed heavy plastic to protect closets and walled off our master bedroom with a zipper in the plastic so we could easily pass in and out. We didn’t have to move into the guest room and were pleasantly surprised that there was virtually no dust! Floors were well protected and the work area was cleaned up daily by the crew. There were only 2 men involved throughout the process and both were friendly and respectful.

We highly recommend Summit if you are considering a remodel. In fact, we may embark on another remodel since this one went so smoothly!

We just completed a full kitchen remodel where we reconfigured 2 rooms in our house for the kitchen. We used Summit for the entire remodel. Their work was excellent. They were very accommodating to work in extra ideas that I came up with as we went along. Everyone working on their team was punctual and reliable. If they told you what they were doing, they did it. If they told you when they were coming, they were there timely. All work was completed well within the estimated project completion time given to us at the outset and their cost was very reasonable. All of their guys were easy to work with and very trustworthy. Both my husband and myself work outside the home and we were able to leave the house in their care with no worries. I would highly - and I truly mean highly - recommend Summit for any kitchen or bath remodel.

Summit Signature & Bath remodeled our bathroom and did an exceptional job! Tyler completed our project and we were very pleased with everything! Tyler is a very skilled and talented craftsman that didn't miss any details with the project. He is a tremendous worker and was very neat, organized, and efficient with his work. Will and Summit Signature Kitchen and Bath performed magic, creating the best shower I could imagine. They removed an old outdated jacuzzi and shower and installed a beautiful tile walk in shower that we are so proud of. His installer, Brent, was not only highly skilled but neat, very respectful of our home and most importantly kind to our dogs. If you use Summit Signature Kitchen and Bath, try to get Brent as your installer.

After looking for complete pricing for the transformation of our master bathroom, I accepted the bid from Summit. Will had a competitive price and was able to complete additional custom features we were looking for. (The cookie box re-modeling places did not offer.)

Matt was a meticulous and skilled worker completing everything from electrical, plumbing, painting and tile in-lay. Very happy with the outcome. I would recommend this company to anyone wishing to have a one-of-a-kind remake of a bathroom.

We are thrilled with the work Will and his team did at our house to completely transform our kitchen. Summit was so communicative throughout the process, and Elijah was especially considerate and went above and beyond while he was working in our house. We weren’t the easiest customer with both adults working from home and a toddler running around, but Elijah made it work without a hitch by sealing the kitchen space off super tightly and always cleaning up thoroughly at the end of the day- we were so appreciative of that. The project timeline and estimate were consistent from beginning to end, and we always felt like we knew exactly where we were in the project process.

We would love to work with summit again for future home projects!

This company does incredible work! I saw the results of the repairs and updates they did at my aunt’s house, and I was blown away. They handled everything quickly, professionally, and with great attention to detail. The crew was polite, efficient, and the quality of their work speaks for itself. After seeing the job they did, I’ll definitely be calling them when I need any home repairs or projects done. Highly recommend!

This company is amazing! So professional and very affordable. My husband and I love the work this company provided us. We needed a wall built, and our whole laundry room moved, including hot water heater. We also had a few other things needed fixing. These guys came in and knocked it all out in 2 days. They done amazing work and were so very polite. We will be calling them for all of our future repairs! 20/10 recommend!!
