I had an estimate on some electric work and have been calling and calling to get a starting date. Everytime I speak with a lady who tells me I will get a return call. I understand about being busy but I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I had a great experience with your lineman crew on 5/1/17 at my property when a tree fell on my truck and pulled the power lines down with it. They were very helpful when they showed up and the tree was in the driveway. They cut up the tree and moved it to one side of the driveway. Thank you for the great service. Excellent service, good response, the guys that came out were knowledgeable, straight forward, thorough and kind. I was shown what was wrong and how it was fixed. I have had a rough go with electrical work and finally feel at ease. I will recommend Service One to family, friends and co-workers, I could not be more pleased.

I called Service One because they had done prior work at a fair price and the shop i less than a mile from my home. Lance had quoted me $500.00 to $800.00 to put a meter box on shed 2 feet from service pole. His tech stood around multiple times just staring into space. After 2 hours of trying to pull line thru conduit I offered to use my tractor to pull the line which took 10 minutes. So Lance charged me 10 hours to hang a meter base and run conduit over 2 feet then up pole to transformer. Asked if he could replace flood light on end of house and the tech said yes. This took him almost 1 hour to do and it still does not work. I then got my bill for $1335.00. Do not trust what they quote you.

Had a delivery of duct work at 8am. The entrance gate is tight turning in with a 53ft trailer. Nice guys working here. 5+ guys helped with the offload.

I needed an emergency fix for my breaker panel and they rushed out on a Friday night and worked through the weekend to fix everything. Very professional, they kept me informed every step of the way.

Called these guys and talked with Conner and he was awesome listened to what I had to say without interrupting and scheduled a time for their technician to come out. The electrician showed up on time and proceeded to diagnose what the problem was. I gave them a challenge due to the fact that the electrical wires in my house are kinda all over the place. Eventually we found the problems and restored power to an outlet, light switch and light. My only negative was the mixup with my Home Warranty Co. and the submission of the invoice for reimbursement and the claim was denied even though we followed there instructions. I called Conner and he went above and beyond and called the warranty company and was able to straighten it out and get the claim paid. I will definitely use these guys again if I can’t figure out electrical problems. Thanks again guys!

These guys are awesome. Connor came out and gave a quote. Very professional. Very courteous. I accepted the quote a week later and was set up for service within 4 days. We did a hot tub install. The workers were very professional. Very nice guys. Did a great job quickly. They were in and out of the job in a few hours. Will definitely use them again if needed. Thanks guys.
