Mo and his team at Point Star did an amazing job on our full bathroom remodel. They exceeded our expectations in every way. From the upfront detailed pricing to the knowledgeable crew and superb craftsmanship, we simply could not have asked for anything more. They did a full bathroom remodel including demolition of floors, walls, tub and tile, windows and electrical. Then they built it all back starting with the tub and tile and shower, then the vanity and plumbing and lights and electrical and window and walls and finally the floors and paint. They showed up on time every day and worked hard all day, then cleaned up when they left. Work was completed in a month. We could not be happier and would highly recommend Mo and the team at Point Star!!!

Point star Homes is absolutely fabulous in all areas. We have had nothing but trouble from other contractors from showing up to doing what they said they would do. Not only did Moe show up the first time he said he would he showed up with a great price. He started on the job when he said he would and the quality of his work was superb. His work area was clean. Moe is a top-notch contractor! He and his crew worked very efficiently to remodel 2 bathrooms in my home. Pricing was very reasonable and the job was scheduled quickly. The workers were always diligent, courteous and very neat! The Point Star team was able to start our project quickly at a fair price. They worked quickly and did a wonderful job. We’ve since referred them to others in our neighborhood and they have also had good results. I hope to use the team again when we need additional work!

I’d highly recommend Point Star Homes for your home remodeling! Point Star Homes renovated a hall bathroom for me. Mo did such a great job and made the process as stress free as possible that I hired him a few months later to update my 2nd bathroom. Both were complete gut jobs. When replacing a built-in vanity there were no pre-made ones that size, so Mo provided me a few options that were low cost and would still look great. Mo was great to work with and very easy to communicate with during the entire process. He stayed on budget and on time!

It was great to work with Moe and Kiara throughout this project to remodel two bathrooms! They did beautiful work, communicated openly with us about everything throughout the whole process, kept us updated with very detailed estimates and invoices, and completed the project quickly! We're definitely calling them again for our next home project!

Be sure you find out ALL THE POSSBLE details before spending money on a home instal, especially if time matters to you. When we signed up to buy all our material from Home Depot , the Flooring Specialist El asked how soon we wanted this done and we explained we wanted it done as soon as tomorrow , but she explained the process and how the flooring would have to be inside home for 72hours, well ok ,we understand how that works. Then come to find out the flooring ( that is On Sale!!!!) was NOT EVEN IN STORE, so they will order it and email or call us when it's in and gave expected dates.which came and went without a call or email, so we call to find out it's there, (after much mixed communications on phone)then they(Sam) said they would get it all together for us to come just pick up, once we get there at pick, material not ready for pick... an hour later.... we get the stuff.
Next day(today) I call to find out when will install be? I call to find out they will put it in the computer and Somebody Sometime Will be calling to set up appt. Hour later I get a automated call that connected me to someone putting me on " The schedule for instal" I say Friday will be the third day I'd REALLY like to get this in.But the schedule says this will take ""2DAYS TO INSTAL"" and the first available time for a 2day instal won't be until THE 28&29th
Well this means it will be """""A MONTH"""""" from the time we started and Paid for this. TOTALLY RIDICULOUS ,I'm just Outraged over this. It makes No sense to me why they bother to askWhen I want it done if that person( the Flooring Specialist ) CAN NOT even see or have access to the schedule . To be able to say well this will take two days And that the installers are backed up FOR WEEKS! (We would NOT HAVE PAID THEM FOR INSTAL IF WE KNEW)
We decided on PAYING for this install because it SHOULD have been quick & easy!!
But it's been one let down after another. WE WILL NOT DO THIS AGAIN!! And do NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE to pay for an instal thru Home Depot. Very disappointed .

Home Depot strives for great customer service and quality. If you are not completely satisfied with their products and services they will work with you to guarantee satisfaction. The home installation department definitely exceeds picture perfect work in any home.

I used EastTenn to move a power box, add some lights, fix some switches & fans, etc. They were quick to respond to my request and showed up as promised. Best of all ... they cleaned up afterwards! A+

We live in an older 1960s rancher and discovered that our house wasn't grounded. The EASTENN COMPANY came out, assessed the situation and returned the next week to fix the problem. Upon the initial assessment, and talking with the owner, my husband and I had complete confidence that these people are experienced and know their stuff. The technicians are friendly and do a quality job. Jake went above and beyond - specifically, the technician was creative in coming up with a solution so the ground wire couldn't be severed in the future. We are used to repair persons doing the bare minimum for the greatest cost - that wasn't the case with EASTENN COMPANY. We will be using them exclusively for all our needs.

Justin did a great job with our kitchen. We needed to relocate a few outlets and run a few new circuits. He was very cautious of where he removed drywall so it would be easy to repair. He even noticed some faulty work that was done by a different electrician and fixed their mistakes - free of charge.

Power has been out for 12 hours with no help and they are all standing around laughing talking and high fiving. Horrible workers do not take their job seriously they should have kub out here at first had sounds like they are still working on stuff to me. Guy I talked to on the phone was unnecessarily rude. If you cannot finish a job in a work day it should not be done at all it is now almost 11 and I have work at 7 am and have not been able to shower all day. 16 hours almost is crazy!!

My heat went out during a cold front. Called an HVAC guy who said it was an electrical problem so I called these guys! Excellent work from start to finish. Got me taken care of in a timely manner and for only $50! Definitely recommend and will use them in the future if I have any other needs!

Company and would very highly recommend. My water heater went out and the business owner Justin ensured the electrical problems in my garage were attended to and fixed the very next morning. Prompt, professional and tremendously knowledgeable. I appreciate the time he spent explaining what he was doing and the quality work. Expectations firmly exceeded.
