This company is creative, friendly, and seemingly willing to take on any challenge (i.e. Christmas lights on the skybridge in the Smokies - I wouldn't be able to walk across it, much less decorate it!). The elegant decor they provide for our event venue is appreciated by clients and the community alike. Their staff is extraordinarily well-trained and accommodating, with outstanding follow-up. Christmas Decor knocks it out of the park every time!

Amazing experience! From the very first encounter with Nathan we knew we wanted to go with this company, if price was reasonable. We received quotes from about 5 other Christmas light installation companies. Nathan was the most personable and felt like Christmas spirit. Luckily, his quote was the cheapest and it worked out beyond our expectations!

I hired Fred to run electric out to my pool. He was very puntual and keeped me informed on the work being done. The quality of was was very good and paid attention to detail. He also come in under budget and ontime.

Fred was quick to respond to my initial bid request and showed up exactly when he said he would. I consider myself somewhat handy, but when it comes to electrical work I am lost. I have a small woodworking business and I was looking to add more power to my shop, so Fred came out an gave me a few options on what he could do. He was not pushy at all, and he was not trying to sell me something that I did not need, which is hard to find from other contractors in the industry. Fred was very accommodating to my schedule when I decided to have the work done. I felt like I could trust him around my house when I was at work. I will continue to use him in the future, and I highly recommend giving him a call if you need any electrical needs!

Called Fred for a quote to completely wire and put fixtures in my new garage, he showed up on time and listened to what I wanted done and gave me a fair price! I felt comfortable letting him work in my shop around my tools when I couldn't be there without worry. He did a very nice quality job and I would highly recommend his services to anyone.

I was very pleased with the services that TruSense provided me. I needed an old fuse box replaced. Everyone arrived on time and were very communicative with me when things came up that required my attention. Very reasonably priced service as well!

TruSense Electric has been absolutely outstanding to work with. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with. They’ve completed multiple projects for the buildings I manage, all handled in a timely and high-quality manner. On two separate occasions, they were the only company (out of others not to be named) that successfully resolved emergency issues, even working outside of normal business hours to accommodate us. At this point, TruSense Electric is my first call—and honestly the only call I make—when it comes to anything electrical. Highly recommend.

Hurst Electric came in and replaced all of our switches, plugs, network ports and covers. It was a very tedious job and I even requested a change in color on a few of them after they had replaced them. Lance was GREAT and accomodated all of our requests and made sure everything was working properly before leaving.

I am extremely excited about my Trimlight lighting on my house! David and his team were great to work with and easy to talk to and trust with their work and product. I had some delays in my build process but they were able to work with me and I finally have my lights ready just in time for Christmas! I now have lights that can be used year round with out me trying to get up on a ladder each year! This seems like a worthwhile investment that I can enjoy all year. (I’ll try to add more pics later with different lighting options)

Just got the entire house done with permanent lighting, East Tennessee Trim Light staff was very prompt and showed up when they said they would. The installation was done very professionally and on time, they went over everything with me from start to finish. Will be testing the lights out tonight to see how they look. More reviews coming!! Great Job guys!!
