The technicians were professional and friendly. They were dog friendly. They took video as they worked so you can view the process and results when they finish up. They even cleaned the dryer vent! It is good value for money and I will use them again in the 3-4 years they recommended before the next service.

Kasey and Shelby came out to give us a quote on replacing ductwork for our dryer. Kasey went under the house and reconnected the vent hose, and gave us a reasonable quote. Very nice and friendly.

I scheduled an air duct cleaning with Bravo, and the technicians arrived right on time. Kasey and Shelby were friendly and polite, and before they started cleaning they used video cameras to check the inside of my vents and ducts. After the inspection they showed me the video footage to explain that my air vents were, in fact, relatively clean, and without any blockages, so there was no immediate need to do a full cleaning. In other words, they were honest with me and didn't try to perform a service I didn't actually need. So while I can't review their cleaning, I can certainly award five stars for their professionalism, and honesty. It'll be a no-brainer to hire this company again if I'm ever in need of a service they offer.

Kasey cleaned our chimneys after many years of being dormant. He was very courteous and professional. We shopped several other services with little success for scheduling within the next 2 1/2 months. We were able to schedule this service in short time frame and was a lower cost than competitors.
