Jay and his team were referred to me by someone else with the same experience. His pricing was unbelievable. His team was clean, respectful and knowledgeable and best of all, honest. They documented and reviewed every problem with us, discussed options and told us the length of time we would have before we had to fix the problem. Fixed problems that the other companies caused and also problems we were told weren’t fixable. They were the 3rd HVAC contractor we had work on the project, and the only ones that could deliver. 100% the only HVAC contractor I will work with. This is the first review I have ever left for anything, positive or negative. That’s how great this company has been.

I’m not happy with the subcontractors Stada hired to install the unit in our new build, but I’m extremely happy with Scott, the servicing tech who fixed the mess we were in. Scott came out late Friday afternoon and worked past dark to get our unit up and running again. I’m grateful for Scott’s dedication to doing a job the right way, all the way and working hard to meet the customer’s expectations. We need more people like Scott who take pride in their work! I was pretty stressed about a leak in the house with my air conditioner. My service tech Scott arrived on time and fixed my problem in a timely manner. Really appreciate that he took the time to go over everything with me. I will definitely recommend Strada as the go to for your air conditioning issues.

Scott came to check on an issue with our HVAC. He showed up on time and thoroughly investigated the issue without rushing. You can tell he's experienced, honest and doesn't upsell. I normally don't write reviews but Scott and his company deserve a rating for their excellent service.

I filed a service Claim for my Heating and air unit late yesterday evening. The claim was assigned to Strata Service. I received a call early the next morning, letting me know a serviceman was available that morning, Friday, August 22, 2025. Scott was timely, polite and professional. He made a point to remove his shoes before entering my home. He listened to everything I had to say about previous repairs before beginning his own service. He conducted a thorough review of the inside portion of the AC unit, including utilizing the shop vac to remove excess water, removing debris that clogged the unit which caused the excess water, and adding chlorine tablets to help reduce further water damage. He then lowered the thermostat to ensure that the unit would cool properly, which it did. Additionally, he conducted a thorough examination of the outside component of the AC unit. I am well pleased with Scott and Strata Services.

Freddie was very helpful today! He solved the problem quickly and informed me what was actually going on he was very polite and on time! Which was awesome!

Highly Satisfied with Strada Services

I was pleasantly surprised and very satisfied with the service I received from Strada Services. My home warranty service assigned Strada, and I was initially hesitant due to some of the reviews I'd read. I expected them to come, assess the issue, and then have to return for a follow-up repair, or that the repair might take hours.

However, Freddie and Moe exceeded my expectations. They sent a notification prior to their arrival, which I appreciated. Both technicians were courteous, considerate, and respectful of my home, taking the time to put on shoe covers before entering and moving about.

What truly stood out was their personable nature and efficient work. They diagnosed and fixed the issue in well under an hour — no unnecessary delays or multiple visits needed. After completing the repair, they even returned to double-check that everything was left in perfect condition — the attic closed, lights turned off, and my home left just as they found it.

Overall, I’m very pleased with Strada Services and the professionalism of Freddie and Moe. Based on my experience, I would recommend them for anyone needing reliable, respectful, and prompt service.

I've been dealing with Scott on an issue with my HVAC system and he has been extremely helpful. I couldn't say enough about how great he has been to deal with, and I'm certain Scott and Strada are people that I very much intend to work with in the future.

I called yesterday because we woke up to it being 85° in the house. Scott came out today and got my unit back up and running! He answered all my questions and explained everything that he did. The property owner scheduled today’s consultation. The heat was not working. A diagnostic was performed and heat was restored. Additional parts are needed to fully restore the hvac system. I’m hopeful the additional repairs will be completed soon.

After dealing with another company for the past month, Strada was a blessing sent from above. They were able to come out for a second opinion in less than one day. Scott showed up and was very professional, early, and kind. He diagnosed a problem I had been fighting to get looked at properly for a month in minutes. He took time to explain to my wife what he did and then was happy to call me and tell me as well! Strada is now scheduled to come out and repair my duct work and I truly feel I'm in good hands. In less than one week Strada will have completely and honestly diagnosed and repaired a problem that someone else couldn't in a month! We need more companies like Strada in this world.
