Had an upstairs shower leak. Daxton was great. He identified the problem and he and his plumbing tech had it solved in less than 40 min. Great job. Highly recommended.

Scott came over diagnosed the problem with my HVAC unit, explained to me the process and how long the piece would take to come in and was spot on. Was back out a week later replacing my coil and my AC/heat is working great again!

Scott is probably one of the coolest most professional people I’ve met in this kind of business. He never leaves out any information and he allows us to ask questions and made sure we understood the work he is doing on our home also giving tips to prevent this from happening often (especially in the summer) and is always very helpful me and my fellow tenants. A great job did once again.

Kenneth did a great job communicating his arrival. He diagnosed the problem with the garbage disposal and fix our disposal quickly. Probably took him less than 10 minutes to get the disposal working properly again.

I must say Freddie came out and was very professional. Very fast. Very knowledgeable!. He got straight to the problem. Didn't waste any time. He showed me what the problem was and even did things that was beyond his job to help me and my family out. I would recommend Freddie 10 out of 10. It was the above and beyond for me!

Impressive. Super professional company with top tier communication. I was given a time range which is normal; this company took things a step further to let me know that I was second on the list for the day. This allowed me to plan accordingly. Mike and Scott were absolutely amazing. They communicated pre-arrival and kept me informed every step of the way. They gave me the diagnosis and turned their attention to parts. They provided me with options to make sure I was not inconvenienced for the day. They returned promptly and completed my repair. They were concerned with all components of the unit and not just the outside which was the area of concern.

The were both personable and polite. The professionalism that these two exhibited is admirable. They didn't trash talk prior repairs and remained focused on the task at hand. They didn't ask me if I wanted them to take their shoes off; instead, they arrived prepared with shoe covers. I am super appreciative of this experience and hope that I can make specific requests for these two amazing technicians for future service needs.

This was a second opinion visit and they got me in within a few hours, which was amazing. Scott was super professional and personable and quickly diagnosed the issue. He made me feel confident that our A/C would be fixed by someone who knew what he was doing. This was a welcome change after the previous company didn’t manage to find and fix the issue after four visits.

Scott was fabulous! He came in and checked our new home heater and thermostats. He showed up early and did a wonderful job. Great guy!

Scott came early this Friday, which was awesome because it allowed us to get on with the rest of our day. He was extremely nice, hospitable, and you could tell he truly cared about fixing the issue we had with our sealant coming undone. He even brought down photos to show us his work and made sure everything was sealed much better this time. Highly recommend Scott — he not only does great work but clearly has a good heart.

Strata put the HVAC systems in our newly build home I been having this issue for over a year now by heat can’t stay at the desired temperature they been telling me it’s due to the weather. It is not due to the weather I had another company come out and tell me my unit is too small for the whole entire house. I get notifications every winter and nothing had been done I freeze every winter my house stays between 55-65 and my desired temperature is 73 and above. Sadly Strata keeps gas lighting me to believe it’s just a weather thing no it is not. I get emails about my thermostat everyday throughout the cold season my heat pump cannot sustained my desired temperature nothing has been done. A tech came out last year turned my heat up to 80 said everything was working fine that wasn’t the case. I attached one of the emails I get on a daily and multiple times a day since the day I moved in. During the summer everything works perfectly fine it’s just when it’s cold outside.

Scott did an amazing job fixing our heat pump. Fixed the issue and also found a few other issues that were unsafe to leave and he took care of them as well. We highly recommend Strada, ask for Scott!

Scott took great care of us this morning. Out upstairs heat just stopped working out of the blue but his thorough diagnostics, traced it down to a bad thermostat. He got it replaced and the heat is back on. Thank you Strada Services and especially a big thanks to Scott.
