These guys are awesome! They have had to come to my house on several occasions to fix issues with my A/C unit and are always fast to respond with down home service. Local family owned business that will not disappoint! Highly recommend.

My heater stopped working over the winter. RJ answered my call and came by before noon. He repaired it, checked my freon levels, and gave me tips on how to effectively use my heating pump during the low temps of winter. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and charged me a fair price. I'll make sure to call them again and not freeze or fry in vein.

I cannot say enough good things about Wilkerson's Heating and Cooling. You know how hot it has been and my thermostat stopped working on Saturday evening. We called Wilkerson's and one of the brothers...James, came out within half an hour and fixed it. I couldn't believe he came out on that short of notice on a Saturday night and didn't even charge me a premium for weekend/night work. They are local and family owned and because of their quality of service deserve our business.

This will be my new HVAC company for as long as I live in the area and they are still around. Very professional, best price, and overall great service.

OMG y’all about great service. Called at 7am and got an appointment at 8 am. James was on time. He immediately located the issue and resolved it in 20 minutes. He was very knowledgeable and share information to educate me on the issue. In today’s world customer service is not easy to find. I am so glad that I found Willer Sons heating and air service. Thanks to them my unit is up and running again.

Very down to earth and respectful! They came out tonight on a Saturday and fixed our unit! It’s been so hot all day & we really thought we would have to sleep in a 83 degree house. Thank God for WilkerSon’s heating & cooling! I strongly believe they are the BEST! He had his son with him & was showing him what to look for and what not to touch or be aware of. WilkerSon's came to the rescue when our AC stopped working in the 100 degree heatwave in Middle Tennessee. Fast, Friendly, and Affordable.

We just moved in a month ago and needed a AC repair and We had JR come out today to repair our AC unit as it started making a weird noise in the middle of the night! I called this morning and He was here this afternoon!! When I say this guy is the nicest most professional person I have met here in TN, that is not enough to describe how great this man was! He explained to me what was going on and was giving me tips and things I should know about the AC unit! He even sprayed off our AC cause it was dirty, this guy is so kind! He has this small business with his brother and honestly I was nervous but reading their reviews and meeting him, there is nothing to worry about. He takes so much pride in his work and his business. I def know who we will go too if we have have any problems in the future. If you want that great customer service and great work, this is who you need to call!! Thank you all so much for getting us nice and cold and comfortable during this hot summer!!!

Shockingly good service, you just don't find this much anymore. I called them after another HVAC company ignored our symptoms three times and fixed (and charged us for) something that wasn't the problem. This company also said that the coils on our unit "must be replaced" even though the unit was only six years old. The Wilkerson's guys came out and diagnosed the problem pretty quickly, and the coils didn't have to be replaced, of course. They are very knowledgeable, honest, fast, affordable, and I trust them in my house with me. And to say they go the extra mile is an understatement. They came to fix something on my heat pump outside, and when I told them I was having a problem with my indoor system growing algae, they put a little access port in the pvc pipe so I could clean it out periodically. I won't even tell you what their ridiculously small fee for this was, since I'm sure everyone else would expect it. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I will never call anyone else and when I move, I will pay them to drive to me.

Oh, also, I had to ASK them where to review them that it would count. Many companies make giving them a review almost a requirement for their service, but Wilkerson didn't. That means all these reviews were written by people who were so impressed they sought out a way to review them.

These guys are great. They were fast, affordable, great at communicating, and the did an excellent job replacing one of my HVAC units. They even registered the new unit with the manufacturer for me for warranty purposes. Highly recommend.

James was awesome. He knew exactly what was wrong with my AC Unit and gave me everything I needed to know regarding repair upfront without having to figure it out. I liked his honesty about my options. I would highly recommend this company. When I originally called for service, James was very polite and he did everything he said he would do, even down to the call before arriving. When someone tells me they are going to do something, I appreciate it because I am the same way, stick to what you say and do it. I would give 10 stars if I could.

So good it makes you actually write a review. In a world where service businesses don't treat their customers well because they can make it up in bulk, Wilkerson's is both busy and excellent. They ALWAYS treat us fairly, with reasonable pricing and knowledgeable skill. You should not hesitate to call them. They're the one company you won't be disappointed by. I wish I had a Wilkerson's for all the various services a homeowner needs.

Fast, efficient and friendly. I spoke to them on a Thursday afternoon, and they showed up Friday morning. They fixed my AC, and provided a few recommendations for the future...I'll be back if/when needed

Called early on a Thursday and they were out the same day. Gave me a fair price on a new unit and came out the following day to install it. Fair, timely and just really nice guys. Will be back when needed, and would highly recommend.

They're the best--always have been, and I suspect they always will be. The Wilkersons have been servicing all of my family's HVAC units for at least 20 years now. We trust them implicitly. Ordinarily, I hate calling 'fix it' people to the house for anything. I never dread it with these guys, though. They're like family!

Amazing guys- had them inspect our HVAC units on a house we were buying and James told us what great condition the units were in. Their inspection report gave us major peace of mind on one of the most costly components of any home. Will absolutely use WilkerSon's in the future!

When we moved to the area 4 years ago and needed HVAC service I chose Wilkerson's because they are locally owned and had been in business for a long time. I've never regretted my choice! Prompt and professional service at a fair price along with great advice when it comes to repairing or replacing equipment. I cannot recommend them more highly!

I called Martin’s this morning and they told me that James could come between 12:00 and 2:00 today. And he was here at 12:00. Took care of the problem very quickly. He knew what he was doing.
