Very satisfied! The lead tech definitely knows his stuff! He had someone he was training, and you can tell he was being very thorough! They took the time to be sure that I completely understood exactly what they were doing and why! Will definitely recommend to everyone!

Our technician was very knowledgeable and polite. He explained everything and answered all our questions. Wished I had got his name. I would definitely ask for him next time a repair was needed.

I’ve used these guys a number of times at my commercial property in Nashville. Today, I noticed that I wasn’t getting any hot water. Went over to the hot water heater and saw that it had failed and was leaking water into the drain pan and out the side of the building. I didn’t have time to mess around with it, so I called them up around noon and by 1:30 they here here and by 3:00 the water heater was replaced and they were packed/cleaned up. Amazing service and excellent pricing. Tyler, the tech they sent out, was super polite and professional. He was very clean, organized, competent, and efficient. Another great experience with a business that always finds a way to get to prioritize the customer.

Have used for plumbing, HVAC, and electrical. My washing machine lines were old, but they found parts and repaired for much less than a replacement. Also had ceiling fan blinking that a different technician couldn't fix, but they took care of it. Most recently my heat went out mid winter. Every time they came out quickly. Techs made sure they left no mess behind. Great customer service, great service, reasonable prices. Will definitely use again.

Excellent service and team! Found and repaired my water leak in a pipe under the sidewalk. Highly recommend! Watch your wallet with these people, they charge $96 per hour per person plus a mileage fee. They only take checks so I can't even earn points for using my credit card and I own a small business and I think this is just ridiculous. The only reason they got two stars is for the simple reason that they did get my cooler running again, but for more than 5 times what the actual part they replaced cost. Absolutely absurd.

Vargas heating and cooling went above and beyond when my upstairs a/c started having problems. They showed up on time and resolved the issue quickly. They’re definitely my go to a/c company now.

Honest, dependable and fast. My unit would not turn on at all. Came out the next morning, found the problem and had my unit up and running in a few hours. Definitely will use them again.

Seemed to fix the problem Friday, Saturday AC went back out. Came back free of charge Monday to solve a deeper underlying problem and not only would he not let me pay him, I couldn’t even tip him. This will be my forever AC guy. I’ve already given his number to my family. I do wish he would have let me tip him though, dude deserved it!
