My experience with this company great. I had a leak in my upstairs bathroom and I was worried about the damage it could cause. However, when Tyler, the technician arrived, he immediately put me at ease with his friendly and professional demeanor. He took the time to thoroughly assess the situation and patiently explained to me the root of the problem and how he planned to fix it. He was extremely knowledgeable and had no problem addressing any of my concerns or answering my questions. I was also impressed by his efficiency as he worked in a timely manner without compromising on the quality of his work. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service I received and would highly recommend this company to others in need of similar services.

More than competitive pricing. Next day service to replace our water main. Able to bore under our new driveway with no issues. Professional and courteous crew. Thorough clean up including grass seed and straw application. No mess left behind. The guys are highly recommended.

Justin at Martin Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing came out and helped with my water heater, and he was great! Very helpful, explained everything thoroughly, and made sure I was set moving forward. This is my second time using Martin, last June 2024 was the first time I used Martin, and Tyler came out and was just as helpful! I had a scary issue and he diagnosed and solved the issue in no time! I highly recommend this company!

The team at Action, were quick to respond to my call, very friendly on the phone and in person. More importantly they Know what they're doing and quickly found my problem, fixed it and didn't charge me some crazy amount. 10/10 will be using them again for all my needs in the future!

Josh was very personable and professional. Explained the steps and issues and showed me the parts that were defective with am explanation. Will definitely recommend them in the future.
Have had the company servicing my older unit to having it replaced at one point. Due to the consistency in their service and the professional techs, I continue to use and recommend them.

Update: Had connectivity issues after the replacement of my unit. Matt responded within a couple of hours and walked through the troubleshooting with me. Finally able to diagnose the issue and the system is up and running. Definitely will recommend them in the future.
Update 12/03/25: Ezekiel was on time and very professional.bexplained his repairs and proceeded to verify all of the units functions were working.

Showed up on time, repairman was kind, checked everything thoroughly and left us extremely happy. I highly recommend these folks.

I've used their services three times now and definitely recommend Martin Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing. I've had Joseph due a free consultation, and Tyler has done work for me twice. They're both knowledgeable and friendly. Tyler does great work and does a great job at explaining what is being done and why. He just installed a new bidet toilet in far less time than expected and I really appreciate that they take the old one away and provide a one year warranty on the work.

Joseph was on time very professional knew exactly what needed to be done and was done in a clean and timely manner.

Thanks team! We had a gravel construction road that needed to be removed. The team was efficient, provided good communication, and did a great job removing the gravel road, backfilling the dirt, placing seed and straw, and reusing the gravel to fill in an eroded drainage ditch in our yard. The outcome looks great!

They are always quick to respond. They have helped our animal shelter with a few repairs and each time; they are thorough, friendly, clean up their work area and communicate effectively. Great experience every time.

Had a oak tree fall on property. Pulled loose the sewer line. Prompt service answered questions. Friendly individuals very knowledgeable and precise.
We changed our review from 5 to 1 because we had issues with Martin's Construction not returning calls to either us or the insurance adjuster. Martin's Plumbing has been wonderful in all aspects.

Tyler was here quickly after calling for estimate. Very nice and cordial. Seemed to be very knowledgeable also.

They were here at the time they said and started right away. The unit was installed quicker than I expected. New thermostat with an app on my phone so I can control it no matter where I am. Tyler and Romero were so helpful in getting it set up on my phone and showing everything it is capable of doing. Love it so much and they were AWESOME!!!!!!

I had an issue with my heating and air conditioning unit—it just stopped working out of the blue. I called Martin Heating, Cooling and Plumbing LLC at random, and I’m so glad I did! A technician arrived right on time, did a thorough diagnosis of the unit, and explained that the best option was to replace the old system.

We quickly went over the numbers, came to an agreement, and they even provided a temporary AC unit to keep the house comfortable in the meantime. On the scheduled day, they came back and replaced the unit. The team was professional, efficient, and respectful of my home throughout the whole process.

I called to schedule an appointment, and Missy was very professional and had a lot of information about my AC unit. When the technicians arrived at my house, they were very polite and got my unit back up and running in a timely manner. I had an issue with my AC unit, and they handled everything efficiently.

Noah and crew performed a diagnostic on suspected city water line leak above a ceiling. Access is precarious to get to, nothing to walk on but ceiling joist. They basically did what I had done in checking for a leak at suspected joint, PEX pipe / Copper. Inside pipe insulation was not wet. Nothing stood out on lines leaking. After turning off all water that has been dripping for over 10 days due to cold weather, they monitored the main meter for the building. They did not see any movement on meter so there was no leak. This was their diagnosis. They believe that leak is from the roof.

The technician that responded to the request for service was very professional and explained everything he was going to do. He doubled checked everything when he was through and explained again what he had done and the condition he found it in when he arrived. He also showed us pictures he had taken of the lines and hangers.

They are amazing here! I called and spoke to Melissa and she got me on the schedule right away. The guys that came out Chris and Darwin did such a great job. They got the job done right away. They were respectful, knowledgeable, and I was impressed. The price wasn’t too much and it was easy to pay. I highly recommend them!

I called Martin/Action Mechanical to find a leak in my wall that I could hear. Tyler came & found where the leak was very fast. He cut two holes in the wall & replaced the part of the pipe where the hole was. He then checked the water meter to make sure there was no other leak. There was not. Tyler was very thorough & knew just what to do. He also stopped my toilet from running without being asked. I highly recommend this company & especially Tyler!!! The cost was much less than I expected which was very nice!

I will ONLY use Action Mechanical for work on my commercial property! Excellent pricing, prompt service, and they get the job done right the first time. If you're in their service area, I highly recommend using them
