My communication with Hector was the highlight of the entire process—he was responsive, clear, and always on point. He made sure I stayed informed every step of the way and answered all of my questions promptly.I was extremely appreciative that they were able to schedule my HVAC installation ASAP, which made a stressful situation so much easier. Honest fair and fast service!

It’s 16degrees in our house because Mountain air refuses to fix something they messed up when they did our heating unit.

Their staff is amazing. I knew what to expect when they arrived due to the clear and concise information given by the office staff. The technician was professional and very thorough.

We’ve called on Anthony and his company two times in the past two years. He’s super quick to respond and does a great job helping solve our HVAC issues! I’d recommend him to anyone.

Absolutely terrible customer service. As well as the installation was done wrong. They installed the wrong equipment on house and when it had a problem they said they won’t fix it because it past their one year warranty. Explained well it’s made it through winter before so you should have noticed it then. Another company that found the problem said they would have covered it for 5yrs no matter what 10on certain things. This is a bad company with horrible business practice to admit it was installed wrong and still not make it right. Horrible business, deserves 0 stars.

Moved into a newly constructed building. Had some issues that weren't easy to narrow down. Anthony and Dustin had their hands full with our AC unit, and these two guys really crushed it. Anthony went above and beyond to ensure that his work was complete and perfect. He has high standards in his work and it shows.

The unit was frustrating for us just as much as them, and they did everything they could to ensure we had ours running to standards... if not above..

Absolutely professional and deserve many praise.

Great group of people that did an outstanding job installing our heating and air for our new construction under tough circumstances. Each employee that helped along the way was extremely professional and it was obvious that they took pride in their work. They've proved willing to back up their commitment to customers by following up (when they didn't have to) and by going above and beyond to make sure our system is running perfectly.

DO NOT USE. This company has been the worst company to work with. They installed a unit and did not stand behind any of it. It's been a year and the unit had to be replaced (by someone else of course) Neighbors also used them and had the same problems. Do not use! They do terrible work, use poor equipment, and do no stand behind the work or product. I wouldn't want anyone else to have to replace a unit that is a year old. Should be Zero Stars....

Tim came to my home for an emergency situation with our AC unit. He quickly identified the problem and resolved it like the professional he is. After completing the task, he took the time to explain what had been done. He is truly a top-tier professional, and I would rate the service a 10/10!

After a very frustrating weekend when our AC system literally exploded, Jay and his guys were there in no time to make sure all was well taken care off… our system was back up and running in no time at a reasonable cost

Tech was nice and everything but pricing was a bit outrageous for a capacitor replacement. I’m probably not going to use them again
