We contacted Electrical works during a high volume time immediately after a storm had hit the neighborhood. They were very professional, gave us an accurate assessment of what needed to be done and were on time and very professional in getting the work done and restoring service to our home. They also informed us of the entire process which involved contacting the Nashville Electric Service to have them inspect the work and actually finish the process by turning on the electrical service. We were very pleased and would certainly use them again.

One morning, while getting my son ready for school I heard a loud unidentifiable noise coming from the front of my house only to discover that my chandelier style light fixture was hanging in my 2 story foyer by 2 wires about to crash on the ground. If this fixture had fallen it would have crashed onto our stair well inevitably shattered all of the glass sconces and light bulbs in which case we would have had damage and unimaginable shreds of glass everywhere. With a toddler and a dog I can’t even imagine.

I was put in contact with Jeremy, who within 2 hours of my call, arrived here after having to stop what he was doing, go get a trailer to transport a gigantic ladder to our house and “saved the day”! It sounds dramatic but I am so thankful he helped us and didn’t even hesitate to come here. While he fixed our fixture (the electrical box broke in the ceiling) he also noticed that our hallway light had the same issue with a broken electrical box. He replaced it for us as well. Additionally given the emergent nature of our situation, he did not overcharge us for anything and he could have easily charged whatever he wanted because we had no choice.

Fast forward to today... I had an potential “electrical issue” and I called him up and over the phone he helped me troubleshoot my issue!! I hope he is happy to have met me because as far as I am concerned he has a customer for life!!! Thank you Jeremy and Electrical Works, you guys are the BEST!!

We have used the Electrical Works team on numerous projects over the years. The latest project replacing our dining room fixture and updating our kitchen recessed can lights to LED. The workmanship and attention to detail was exceptional. We can see to cook now in our kitchen! Would recommend them to anyone who needs professional, innovative, high quality electrical work completed on their project.

It was a big job -- upgrading an older house, doubling the electrical input, and arranging and rewiring a new panel, of course. Jeremy came highly recommended by people who would know. He was fantastic! Professional, competent, prompt, fast, and even diligent in coordinating permits and inspections from Metro and NES. Jeremy got a member of his team out and fixed my ceiling fan issue the same day, even overcame a couple unexpected issues that were my fault. And the young man was super respectful and cheerful the entire time. I'd recommend them to anyone!

Amazing job on our new covered porch. Made recommendations for where to place outlets, LED lighting because bugs are not attracted to it, even an outlet with inside switch for our Christmas lights. Electrical for outdoor TV and fireplace. Highly skilled in residential electrical! Great value for the work done.

Cudos to Jeremy and Jesse. I was losing 1/2 of the electrical service in my house. I called another company who told me everything was good and couldn’t find the problem. It kept doing it and I contacted Electrical Works LLC and after describing the problem Jeremy knew exactly what the problem was. He came out verified that my outside main breaker box was bad and had me up and running in no time. Certainly know who to contact next time first for any electrical problems!

I hired this company for an electrical problem in a home I purchased. Within 5 minutes Jeremy knew the problem and resolved it in 15 minutes.
