HAPPY BUT PRICEY TO FIX TWO OUTLETS

Bobby provided exceptional service. He was knowledgeable, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled properly. I truly appreciated his honesty and the care he took in doing what was right for our situation. If possible, I would prefer to work with Bobby for any future service needs at Thompson Electric. Thank you for having someone of his caliber on your team.

That said, I did feel the pricing was high. I was charged nearly $500 to repair two outlets, which seemed excessive for the scope of work involved. Additionally, Truman initially came out but declined to complete the repair because it was late in the day (around 1:30 p.m.), even though the job would have taken approximately 20 minutes. The work was then rescheduled for the following day, when Bobby completed it.

Overall, I am very pleased with Bobby’s service and professionalism, but I would appreciate greater transparency and consideration regarding pricing and scheduling in the future.

Justin and the team at Thompson Electric are amazing!!! We had an issue with a kitchen outlet, and Justin quickly sent two technicians out to address it before it turned into a much bigger problem. They were thorough, professional, and clearly took pride in their work. I truly appreciate the prompt response and attention to detail. Highly recommend!!!

Bobby and Williams were EXCELLENT!! They installed a chandelier in a 20’ heigh ceiling and took great care to prepare the space. The scaffolding was installed and they were very respectful of the homeowners space. Prompt, precise, very knowledgeable, professional and overall a wonderful experience!!!

Bobby and David with Thompson Electric came by to fix an outlet with a damaged wire and did a great job. They were on time, clean, and very professional throughout the visit. They explained what the issue was and how they fixed it in a clear, informative way. Overall, a smooth and positive experience—would definitely recommend them.

Bobby had to custom fabricate for my light fixture in my bathroom to be integrated with with existing fan. I so love how this came out. He also swapped my dining and kitchen room lights for me and set Electric to my ring. I’m very pleased with all the work he has done here..

Our project involved removing a 60-inch ceiling fan and replacing it with a large eight-lamp chandelier from a ceiling height of over 16 feet, plus the installation of dimmer switches. The work was completed with great care and expertise with a perfect outcome. Bobby and Williams were professional and courteous - great job!
