Worst cleaning service I ever hired! They only used dawn soap and water to clean my entire house! And when I asked why…the cleaners told me thats all that they are given??? I pay to much, to have my stuff just wiped off! And they didn’t even treat my hard wood floors properly. When I contacted the office I spoke with a woman named sandy and she was extremely rude and unhelpful. I will not be using the cleaning authority EVER again and I recommend y’all don’t if you want your homes cleaned properly!

I tried to get an estimate online, but all it would let me do was schedule an in home estimate. I tried to call to get an over the phone quote and the person I spoke with was less than helpful. So, I scheduled the estimate; the day he was supposed to come, he called and asked me to move up my appointment time by an hour and a half. Inconvenient as I was working but I made it work. We meet at my house, he came in and I start telling him what I need (a one time deep clean before a move) and he says 'Oh, I'm at least a month out, I have to schedule regular cleans before I can get to one time customers', like a one time wasn't worth the effort. I tried asking a couple questions to work something out and he rudely just says 'No, not going to work.' That would have been nice to know before I scheduled the estimate and wasted both our time. Had someone taken the time for a courtesy call to give a heads up on their time frame all of this could have been avoided. I found it strange they never called to get details about my home or what I needed before showing up at my house. I definitely would not recommend.

They did a great job and are very fast, very polite and professional. Would highly recommend!

This is the absolute worst company to deal with....and let me tell you why. The owner is extremely rude & difficult. My house is supposed to be cleaned every two weeks at the same time, first thing in the morning. However, the staff will show up at random times & when you call the owner, he could care less & even said "Whatever" when I said I might cancel the service due to the lack of reliability. They don't call if they are going to be late; you have to call every time to find out what time they have decided to clean your house that day.

They obviously don't pay their people well because every time the staff is there, they tell me their last day is in couple of weeks. They don't train the staff well because I have to go behind them to point out things that are missed, like forgetting to dust entire rooms, not cleaning the toilets, never moving anything when vacuuming. Today was the last straw for me. I had to call to find out when they were coming, only to be told nobody was coming today due to low staff.

No question, this company is horrible. Never do business with them. Ever.
