The Cleaning Authority is, by far, the most reliable cleaning services provider we have ever used. Kristi did our initial walk-through and estimate before our first cleaning. She told us exactly what to expect and had a detailed estimate for us within 24 hours. The team shows up when they say they're coming, the crew is very professional and courteous, and they do an outstanding job. I'm impressed with how thorough they are and the details they pay attention to when cleaning. They have an app that confirms their cleaning dates and arrival times on your cleaning day. They do a great job of communicating with us so there are no surprises at all! We highly recommend the Cleaning Authority of Mount Juliet.

Angie's cleaning service is the best. I have had others and they all didn't come close to Angie's and her people. If you need a good house cleaning, you can't go wrong with Angie's cleaning and Maintenance

I would not recommend based on the cost for the amount of cleaning provided. Scheduling and communication also weren’t the best.
After leaving my original review, I found areas of my home that I’d been told were cleaned, that were clearly not cleaned at all, such as an area of carpet that had not been vacuumed at all and the inside of cabinets hadn’t been wiped at all. When I mentioned these things, I was told nothing more could be done.

This company cut my grass and left debris in my yard as well as dirt all over my sidewalk. When I sent pictures to prove the awful work, I informed him I would not pay for that terrible cut. He brushed it off as if it was my fault for calling him out on the terrible work they had done and to allow their mistake. I spent 20 minutes in my front yard pickin up the mess that was left from a piece of paper they ran over and blew all over my yard. Awful.

Eric has been great over the years helping me get the lawn right for my 3 dogs. He has helped reseed, install sod, and remove some trees. Eric has always been responsive and love working with him and staff.
