Polite cleaning staff. Efficient & detail oriented as well. I’m very pleased with their work. Great job!

I changed my review on this company after utilizing them for quite awhile. The service started out great... but slowly started to become worse and worse. We began to notice things not being cleaned that should have been and upon speaking with the owner to have someone come back out, he informed me they were short staffed and he couldn't do anything but give me a credit. I accepted that for the time being but the next clean was just as bad if not worse. You receive zero communication back from the office when you call about issues unless you keep calling them. We ultimately chose to cancel our service with this company and went with another cleaning service.

We just had our first house cleaning, the two ladies were very nice and friendly. They changed their cleaning order to what worked best for my wife and I and they did an awesome job cleaning everything.

What a great job these ladies do! They clean areas I would never have gotten to and they do it with a smile. Great value for the money.

The Cleaning Authority’s communication is fantastic! They have an app that allows you to communicate easily, cancel cleanings, and set up payment. They have been professional at every stage of the process from meeting to get a quote, setting up the initial cleaning, and meeting the cleaners for the first time.
I am impressed and have a beautiful, clean house!

Jennifer and Heather did an excellent job today. The best part was that they convinced my son that it is important to pickup after himself, if he want his room to be as clean as the rest of the house. Thanks ladies he is telling grandma all about it!!!

When the crew is good, they are very good. But sadly you don't always get the same people, and then you may find that they would rather complain about your home, even if you are working from home and within ear shot of what is being said. Yesterday was not the first time. I listened to one of the crew complain about my home. Mind you, it is not a pigsty, but I do have cats and we do live in our home. If you have cats and if ANY cat litter gets on the floor, they won't use their vacuum, and they refuse to use a broom. Prepare to have your own vacuum handy. If you leave any thing on the floor (small rugs, small containers, etc.), they will sweep and mop around them and won't move them. I like the convenience of having my home cleaned, but when I am often having to go behind them to clean up after they leave, it's no longer convenient. I could go into so much more detail (and probably should), but no one wants to read all that. I give three stars, because I hate leaving a bad review for the crew members who I have had that did a good job, but at this point the bad seems to outweigh the good.

OMG!!! My house feels and smells so clean. I walked around and wanted to cry. I was so happy with what I saw. Thank you so much. Can't wait until they come back.

My cleaning team is so sweet, energetic and detail oriented! They do an excellent job every month and I look forward to seeing them every time. I do have to provide my own cleaning supplies which I don’t mind (fabuloso, spic and span, Mr. Clean stainless and stove top cleaner etc.) because they use all natural products and it doesn’t smell like your house has been cleaned if they don’t use the brands mentioned. Highly recommend!!

I have a very messy house that desperately needed to be cleaned! They did just a fabulous job of cleaning around the clutter with no complaints! Definitely will keep this service!

They were great hard workers did a fantastic job. Removed several stains I couldn't get at. You will not go wrong employing them. One of the best crews I've had.

I love the team approach (more than one person cleaning) and use of environmentally friendly products. The team is in and out quickly and my house is left smelling clean but not like chemicals. I also like that everything can be done online (scheduling, payment, etc.). Everyone who has come to my home has been friendly but not overly chatty. I’ve had cleaners in the past (not from Cleaning Authority) that spent more time trying to talk with me than in cleaning.

The ladies did a great job cleaning my house. It's wonderful having my whole house looking and smelling so clean! They came right on time and finished in about 2 1/2 hrs. I'm so glad I signed up with The Cleaning Authority!

This was my first clean with The Cleaning Authority. They were great they arrived told me what the goals for the day are. They also asked me if there was anything they needed to focus on or know. Then got to business and we’re done in a timely fashion.

This was my first experience with this cleaning company. They did an overall deep cleaning. I think they did a great job. The ladies were friendly and went right to work.

We live busy lives and tried the Cleaning Authority to help fill that gap of maintaining a clean environment at the house. They did an amazing job! Extremely happy with making this decision! Thank you!

Amanda and Lauryn have been great, but I have concerns about the overall quality of the service provided by the company. Specifically, the lack of thorough cleaning stands out. I’ve had three cleanings with Cleaning Authority, and I recently spoke with Jennifer to provide feedback. During the call, I had to place her on hold, and I overheard her telling someone else that my call was likely a complaint because I had a cleaning today, which felt unprofessional.

In terms of the cleaning itself, cobwebs on my light fixtures have been present since before the service began, and they’re still there. The mirrors in the bathrooms are never fully cleaned because the staff isn’t allowed to use step stools, leaving only three-quarters of the mirrors clean each time. Additionally, they vacuum the floors but don’t sweep, so anything the vacuum misses, such as stickers from my kids, is left behind. When I mentioned to Jennifer that I would expect a cleaning company to pick up something left behind, she explained that there is a distinction between a maid service and a cleaning company.

I also learned that they don’t clean windows or ovens, only the window sills and the outside of the oven door.

Lastly, I have two dogs, which they’re aware of, but the way they clean the floors doesn’t remove all the dirt. For example, I wiped up some water after a cleaning, and the paper towel was filled with dirt, suggesting that the floors weren’t thoroughly cleaned.

Overall, the lack of attention to detail and limitations in the cleaning process are concerning.

A reclean was never offered only that she would add notes. I’ve cancelled my service.

Every detail I mentioned above, I brought up on the call with Jennifer. Only notes were offered to be added.

Jennifer did call me the day after I left this review to offer a redo of my floors but only after seeing my review which she mentioned on the voicemail she left me.
