I cannot say enough positive things about this business! Chris was a true Godsend to our family at a time when he helped us discover that we had mold in our 1980's ductwork. He walked us through the process of getting our system clean, pure and safe, and I will trust him with our business from now on! His employees are all amazing and I will continue to recommend this business to everyone I know.

The three men who did the work were so kind and respectful. They took the time to explain every step of the process in a way that made us feel confident and informed. They showed us before and after photos of everything — and the difference was absolutely stunning. They didn’t cut corners; they fully disassembled, deep cleaned, sanitized, and installed a high-output UVC light to help keep our air clean going forward.

Our system now looks brand new and we feel so much better knowing the mold and sludge are completely gone. The attention to detail and level of care they put into their work truly sets them apart.

Technicians Michael Hinton and Aden Schaefer arrived right on time and were both professional and highly knowledgeable. They conducted a thorough inspection, testing all HVAC units, and provided a clear, detailed assessment in plain English, something I greatly appreciated.

They also offered thoughtful suggestions on how to improve the system, especially after years of neglect by the previous homeowners. Importantly, there was absolutely no pressure to purchase unnecessary equipment or upgrades.

Chris is extremely knowledgeable and carefully explained all my options and recommendations for a replacement HVAC unit that had died after 20 years. I can’t say enough about Chris and his team at Integrity Cooling and Heating. They truly have a heart for helping people, getting work done with integrity & correctly the first time, and assisting people with getting as clean air as possible inside their homes. They are not only educated in their field but understand the importance of clean air as it pertains to long term health and as a preventative health measure. We had new duct work put in our home upstairs and down after learning our current duct work was fiber board and full of debris. We also had upstairs ceiling vents moved, new parts put in the crawl space to help our stove vent correctly through the floor, and our downstairs HVAC unit was rehabbed after the debris from the duct work had caused some premature aging of the unit. Integrity even found a way to replace our upstairs smaller apartment style HVAC with a residential size air handler and moved it up into the attic. This new set up allows us to have Merv 16 filtration (great quality filtration) upstairs as well as downstairs! This also allowed us to move the attic access into the closet the smaller HVAC unit had been in and out of our master bedroom closet! No more moving our clothes in and out of the closet when work needs done in the attic. Lastly, Chris knew the right kind of bathroom fan to install to really help with humidity during and after showers. After two
previous attempts this is such a gift to us! I will always be thankful we were referred to Integrity and they are our new go to for all things related to HVAC, cooling, and heating!!

This is my GO-TO HVAC company! I have never experienced better service from anyone. I always cringe when I have to call AC repair because I know it’s going to be expensive, but I am always surprised when I get the bill. Chris is fair and he does not over-charge. It has taken all the hesitancy out of calling my AC guy. I have not found a better HVAC repair company in our area.

I had a great experience with integrity cooling and heating. I was given more than a fair price for the services that I received. I had to get a 20-year-old heating and cooling system swapped out and went with a heat pump system. The guys showed up when I expected them to, did the work without any issues, everything was explained to me beforehand and along the way and I couldn't have asked for better service.

Once the unit was set up and tested there was a significant improvement over my old unit and I'm glad to not have to think about this again for a long time.

I had a great experience with Chris and his team. I found out that we had a moldy package unit and called Chris per recommendation from a healthy home consultant. Chris did not disappoint! He came over and did an inspection and also found issues with my main unit as well. He really understands healthy indoor air quality and how important an HVAC unit to healthy air. And he really understands how to avoid mold which was invaluable to me since everyone in my home was experiencing health issues related to mold.
I went with all of Chris' recommendations and feel 100% better with our system. Unfortunately our old HVAC company was subpar. On twice yearly inspections they told me everything looked great even though we had mold growing. I plan to use Integrity and Cooling for all my maintenance now as well. I am very grateful to have found a company that doesn't cut corners.
Highly recommend them if you want a new system or an upgrade to your current system.
