I live in Lebanon, so they didn't travel far...was at my house 10-15 minutes, didn't fix a thing, and STILL charged the full 100.00 service fee!!! That's alot of money for essentially doing nothing!!!

I have used Lebanon Heating and Air several times through the years. They have always done a great job at a reasonable price. Service techs really know their stuff.

We are a commercial service that operates out of a rented building. The HVAC in in our lease as our responsibility to secure a Maintenance contract for. When calling to set up a reliable service for Spring/Fall. I was asked whether we owned the building and when I tried to explain that no but it was our responsibility. I was hung up on. No Warning, mid sentence, hung up on. Safe to say I will not be using this service for any of our stores.

I called Lebanon H&A for my annual tune-up. Professional and courteous service. The tech kept me informed throughout the entire service process and was very thorough.
