One of the worse customer service you will receive! Called to inquire about what may be wrong with my A/C, not to request a technician or "service call", but receptionist sent someone out to my house anyway without telling me there will be a "service call" charge, in which I found out a month and half later that I had a late notice on this service. I was also charged for services performed on my unit, that I NEVER APPROVED. I was told my unit was still under warranty, but was never told that this labor was not and was "billed" for it (I never received it, but received a "notice"). Called to speak with owner, "one of the owners" answered and was VERY RUDE in every response given. Was also told "NOT TO CALL US BACK AGAIN!"

My AC decided to go out on Labor Day weekend. I called the competitor and their number just kept hanging up on me so I called Lebanon heating and air. They came out immediately and temporarily fixed it until I could get a new unit on Tuesday. They were quick to respond and were wonderful to work with I highly recommend them and I will be using them from this day forward.

The house is a new built with a Mitsubishi single room heat and air unit in our bonus room. It was installed by Lebanon Heat and Air and installed horribly in our bonus room. Within three months, we were having issues with the unit. It went on to leak onto our wall and floor multiple times. They did not fix the unit, did not fix the problem, and charged us for services that should have been covered under warranty! Terrible customer service, rude and unprofessional. Would not recommend their services to anyone.

I would give Zach 10 stars ⭐️ if I could! I’ve had an issue the last 2 years and have been having to call out companies every season change. Zach looked at the issue, listening to my issues. He then diagnosed the issue that should of been resolved one of the last season changes. He also discovered an entirely different issue that should of been noticed as well causing my heat to only run on emergency heat. Good companies are hard to come by. But good companies with people that care are almost impossible to find!

I called this company to come check my furnace after a gas leak they came out was out here 10-15 min walked around my property just to be told they couldn’t help me. 1 month after they had came out I get a call to pay $125 for them coming out to do nothing and on top of that accused me of not paying the company that cause my gas leak that maybe that was the reason they didn’t fix it right and we almost died of carbon monoxide. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

They have came to fix my heat around 4 times and they never can seem to fix it

Emailed for support and received an appointment for the next day. Tech, Cody, called and stated he could come earlier if needed.

Cody was respectful of our home, family and dogs. He did a great job repairing a couple of issues, explaining the potential cause, mitigation and risk. He completed the job professionally and in a timely manner.

I enjoyed speaking with Cody. I’ll continue to use Lebanon Heating & Air Conditioning for my service needs and hope Cody is working my area.

Predatory billing practices. My father cancelled a service call. Seven minutes later, the technician called and was a few miles away. Told the tech the service had been cancelled. Looking at the $225 invoice they sent my dad. Dusty told my dad the invoice had to be paid or get turned over to collections. This is predatory and illegal in TN because they never performed any on site work.

Lebanon Heat & Air Conditioning Inc for the last eight years. They are very professional. They are very courteous and they offer a great price. I would highly recommend anyone in need to call these professionals. I promise you will not be disappointed.

The company was so easy to work with, very nice and professional. Tech was on time as scheduled, very efficient, found the issue and repaired the unit in a timely manager. the Tech had a great personality and kept me informed on what issues found. The service cost was very reasonable priced and I will use this company in the future. Thank you Lebanon Heating and Air.... and the Tech for a great experience.

Avoid at all costs. They will give you the run around while you still have warranty on your unit. New unit broke every 2-3 months. Came out 6-7 times the first year on a brand new unit. We were told something different every time. Broke again after the year warranty and what do you know - it needs to be replaced and we are responsible. We are not the only ones in our neighborhood that have experienced this. Will not be using them for anything moving forward.
