“José” and another young gentleman came to my place of work to service our thermostats today. After asking for a work order and not being able to provide one, he continued to argue with our employees infront of our customers about what he was aloud to do in our store per MY STORES company policy. It was thrown in my face that his work has nothing to do with the management in this company and that he doesn’t work for free. I will be reporting this up to my corporate as my employees and I do not show up to work to be yelled at by electricians for just doing our job.

This company repaired complicated electrical problems at my school in Savannah GA. Bryan Sullivan the Tech was professional, friendly and really communicated well with myself and our company. He was patient in finding the problems and getting the repair done. I would recommend him anytime. His coworker Albert was as well professional, friendly and communicated extremely well. They both worked patiently with GA Power and took care to leave everything clean organized and were sure to be sure everything was working currently.

The professional electrician that was sent out to us, Jamaal Collins was amazing. Our business had been without parking lot lights a long time but Jamaal made sure that before he left we were good and safe.We appreciate the time that he took to explain what he was going to do and what he did once he was done. Awful!! It has been a year since the job has begun. They have been paid in full and still have not completed. Communication is null. Email and phone calls made with no return call or email. months on months without a return to multiple calls and emails. Sent to BBB. Last contact from Allen was an email sent on 1/02/2024.

3/26/2025 - Still no resolution!!!

They hired my company to do work for Home Depot and did not pay for the services. I reached out on a number of occasion and they fell short on promises to pay. It has been more than five months.
I would like to say that Stones River Electric paid the debt owed. In full transparency they hired a sub who hired my firm. I had a great discussion with the manager over that division and we were able to come to an understanding about what happened.

Mark came right on time, he did everything he was supposed to do right away and I’m very satisfied with his work. He also came into the customer’s home with shoe covers which is well mannered! Thanks!

I have been very pleased with the technician and the receptionist. They have both been extremely nice and helpful. From the time I called Craddock, the work was done in less than 24 hours.

Work was completed in a very professional manner. They were right on time and worked quickly and efficiently. Were very careful to not track water into the house (it was raining). Chris Whitaker did an excellent job with the work!

Grayland Hixson came out from Craddocks and replaced a part in the electrical box that was recommended by my inspector. He had been here before to meet the electrical inspector when my walk in tub was completed. He was very courteous and knowledgeable and explained what he was doing and the difference between the two ways to do the installation. He marked everything and cleaned everything up. I appreciated the patience with the follow up. I highly recommend Craddocks and would use them again.

Responding to a further problem with the electrical system, Steven and Keith again were the consummate pros. They were quick and checked everything including the meter. I felt very comfortable with both of them and they were knowledgeable, friendly, and explained everything.

Mark, Greyland, and Paul all 3 are fantastic electricians. They dont do band aid work and i can appreciate that in an electrician. They tell you whats code and whats safe or not safe and how to do it right and price a job and they get it done. Fast, thorough, and professional. We love this company.
