Mark and Chris, did a wonderful job installing two EV 240 plugs, installing a power source in my attic, adding a power surge to my main box, and doing a whole house inspection. They stepped through the changes they made and also was very informative when they had to alter the plan. The work is perfect and I'm very satisfied with the changes made. I do want to point out one thing, don't always choose a book by its cover, or a brief call. Thank you 👍

I cannot recommend them enough. They really do treat you like family and your home like their own. They’re meticulous, kind, leave no detail unturned - and the quality of work is tremendous. Being new to Nashville I wasn’t sure who to call and when I was referred to Craddock and specifically Mark - I didn’t know how lucky I’d get. If these photos are any indication - my dog loved them. And frankly dogs are often the best read of good people. And Mark is hands down fantastic - and my dog agrees too. I’m glad I have a few more things to work on in a month or so to be able to call him back - but sad to know he’s done such an amazing job that I won’t have the pleasure of working with them again because they’ve ensured I’ll never have an electrical issue at my house again. Seriously the best.

Nick is the most professional electrician I’ve ever met in my life. Due to Him being the most professional, patient, kind, and the best person for customer service Hands down I will continue choosing this electric company. Most electricians I’ve ever dealt with is always, half sober, cussing, smoking, yelling, complaining, but not Nick. He shows up, yes, sir no sir, professionally dressed and he didn’t smell like he just crawled out of the beer and weed closet! He even had the attitude that I could tell was authentic when he asked how can I make you a happy Customer. He’s also very knowledgeable. There was a situation where I did not have the right equipment before an ice storm came so him and Jeremy had to go out and find equipment when they google search the equipment Lowe’s website stated they had it in stock when they showed up they found out it was not in stock. He Said, that bothered him and that he was not going to tell me sorry we can’t help you; so they sat in the parking lot thinking how can we make this right? And that he was not going to accept failure and leave us without power. They came up with a solution to get my generator to work in case it was needed in the ice storm. They got everything up and running and Nick even came back after the ice storm to Gave me the exact equipment that I wanted at no extra charge.

Nick diagnosed some electrical issues I was having due to a previous owners DIY work. He was very thorough with his root cause analysis and then repaired the problems very efficiently. He gave me great advice and then did a final inspection to ensure all electrical breakers were properly functioning. He was a great

He was able to solve problems to get the job done. Well organized and cleaned up after his work. Kept me in the loop as job progressed and asked permission when he had to cut a piece of drywall out. Steve and Keith came out after I mistakenly punctured two electrical cables. They were quickly able to fix the issue that I had caused. From the initial inbound call to the payment, everything was very organized and transparent. Steve and Keith were extremely friendly the entire time, and cleaned up their working area after they completed the work. Not only that, but everything was communicated so well. Highly recommend. They will have a new customer out of me.

Excellent communication from this company and from my tech today. We talked through the issues needing to be addressed and Derrick provided potential solutions. UPDATE: excellent work completed today. Derrick and Eddie were on time and knocked it out in three hours. Work required trenching to run the new line. They took good care of the existing property and sealed previous holes for me. Their work has made things safer and more convenient. On top of that, they're normal, friendly guys.
