Listen. This storm hit everybody in Gallatin extra hard. The power mast to the house was damaged in the tree debris. We've been displaced for our home for over a week.
Day of the appointment, Mr. Chris got here over an hour early, clearly laid out my options, got in touch with their supplier, and went straight to work. Had us repaired within 2 hours of starting, even in the snow. They called the electric company for us. And made sure we were getting hooked back up before leaving. Incredibly friendly crew, great service. And I'll definitely be using them again. Big thank you for getting our power back!

Derrick was fantastic he answered all my questions about my outlets. I was worried about overheating. Derrick and Dylan were able to unscrew the ceiling fan cover so I can purchase new light bulbs. I will be calling them back for both indoor and outside lighting. I was also given advise on my fire alarm detectors. He was informative, professional and friendly. I highly recommend them. Had an unfortunate incident at our house that may have destroyed some wiring. Derick and his associate came out right away to assess the damage. They were super professional and thorough in making sure our house was safe from any electrical mishaps. Will be contacting them from now on with all our electrical needs.

Mark was friendly and informative. He conducted himself in a professional manner. He listened to my request for an estimate. This is the only reason I am rating this 5 stars. I don't want this to go against Mark. My overall experience wasn't so great. The AI that booked my appointment booked it as a service not as an estimate which is what I requested and even put in the description of my appointment. Mark informed me I owed $79, which the website says they provide free estimates on work that may need to be done. No service was provided, but I was asked to pay a service fee. Mark of course didn't charge me, but the company may want to look at how the AI LLM is being trained for appointments. It contradicted the website's information and it should have cause a request to do an estimate in the description. Other than that, Mark was a pleasure to talk to. I appreciate the estimate he provided.

The Craddock team are the best! They got me up and running after “The Great Ice Storm of 2026.” Today Grayland came over and installed a generator port and surge protector to ensure that we won’t suffer through the next disaster! Up front fair prices and professionals.

Chris & Eddie were Great ! The Whole experience was Great , Chris explained everything in detail , giving us options as to what we needed today and maybe in the near future (Whole House Surge Protector).
They found another issue in the Attic that we weren't aware of and took care of it too.
They wore shoe covers and took Great care of our house as they made repairs , They cleaned up after the repair very well.
We are Very Pleased with the Repairs and will definitely use Craddocks Electrical in the future.

Grayland arrived on time. He was very pleasant and professional. He assessed the job and told me exactly what was needed as far as parts. Once installing the timer switch he explained how it worked showing me. Overall I would rate Grayland as doing an outstanding job. Would not hesitate to recommend Craddock electrical to my friends.

While checking on neighbors, I ran into Endi. He was assessing the damage to my neighbor's Electrical system. While Endi was meticulously inspecting the extent of the damage, Paul was explaining every step to my neighbor. I was impressed with their expertise and customer service.
I asked Paul if he was able to give me a quote to install a generator. I needed advice on what components needed to be purchased, etc. After Paul and Endi took care of my neighbors (that actually had appointments), we were immediately put on their schedule.
Our breaker box didn't have a main breaker. The NES power was hardwired directly to the panel. Our panel was old. Unable to find a main breaker, I asked Paul to replace the main breaker box so we could safely add the generator. Paul and Endi worked diligently into the night to ensure we had a safe panel when we were ready for the generator.
I highly recommend Craddock's Electrical Service. Especially Paul and Endi.

Mark is great at what he does. He was able to find the root cause to my issue and get it corrected. His passion is very clear, he treated my home as it was his. I am so thankful that I made a call to his company. I 100% recommend CraddocksElectricalService! It was an amazing experience from the call I made in the morning to schedule the appointment to the follow up call from Katy to confirm I was completely satisfied. The Pictures are of what the problem was and you can see where the wire shorted out.

Nick was an amazing technician for us. We thought we had a larger problem than it turned out to be and he was so kind and helped us without making us feel silly for calling in the pros. I highly recommend CraddocksElectricalService and they will be my go-to anytime I need electrical professionals in the future! I loved the technology that came with the visit as well (the text messages, the picture of who was coming along with a brief bio of Nick). Companies who care about the safety of their customers rank very high in my books! Great experience all around (scheduling was fast too—I called yesterday and they were able to get Nick out here today). Thank you for the exceptional service!

Overall, the team is great, they installed the light fixture well. Loved my technician, but I am giving a 3 stars, because the estimate or proposal (which is given on site at the time of the service) came out to be twice as much much as a another electrician that I’ve used in the past. So the pricing just seemed really steep. I ended up only getting one (of two) light fixtures installed- due to cost. And both of my fixtures were very, very simple light fixtures. Also, be prepared to be shown different packages to buy into if requesting a simple service.

The team is outstanding. I asked for an immediate assist with electrical issues, and they jumped right on it. Steven was stellar. Great communication and he found the issue quickly and provided necessary repairs the same day. This was integral in keeping our business looking good to the public. Derick and Craddock’s was outstanding. Being in the home services business as well, expectations were clearly communicated on the front-end by Katie who was overly helpful. When Derick arrived, he immediately was such a pleasure to be around with a plethora of knowledge. We had quite a fun time identifying the issue, but he figured it out! His customer service is unmatched.
