They do not guarantee or stand behind their workmanship!! Contacted them several times requesting repairs for poor workmanship. Months later still no repair. Will not use or recommended them to anyone.

We woke up to a burning smell and felt heat coming off our breaker box at 430am. I called Trevathan Electrical at 7am and James was here before noon. He literally saved our house!! Super professional, very friendly, took the time to show us and explain to us what the problem was, and had us fixed up in no time. Great customer service!!! Replaced old fuse box with new breaker box, installed outside lights on patio. Started at the time he said. All workers very kind and did a Great job!!Cleaned up all their mess.....even swept the floors where they worked. Highly recommend !!!!

Posting for my Mom who is 86 years old. My Mom got into contact with James in Dec of 2023 he came out and gave my Mom an estimate. Told her it would be after First of the year before he could get too it. It's now Feb and still no Electric has been done He said yesterday he would be there yesterday 2-12-2024 and he didn't show. He also texted me saying he had way too many houses to do and for my mom to get somebody else. Doing this to my Mom who is 86 years old is terrible. My Mom was so upset she broke down last night crying.I am going to find an Electrician that will keep his word.

James has completed work in an older home we own. His work exceeded FHA inspection and was exemplary. So glad to know he takes his work seriously and makes sure everything is taken care of so we wouldn't have to worry about anything. Thank you!
