Had a new a/c unit installed. They came in and got the job done. Made it look good and explained how everything works. A+

You may well see that I gave this organization a five-star rating several years ago. I don't normally do ratings immediately because frequently you don't find there's a problem until a couple of weeks later. Such was the case with this organization. I call them when my heat went out and my husband was sick and they would respond on a weekend. Because they did that I took out their preventative maintenance plan. First mistake. They will find something wrong every time they come, usually a capacitor the first time. The real problem came when one of my ACs kept losing freon. They kept adding freon which was expensive. They then said they needed to do a nitrogen test and might have to tear the walls out. I asked if they could do a dye test and they responded negatively saying the nitrogen was the only way to do it. I had another company come out and do the die test and it was easy to detect the leak inside the unit. No need to tear any walls out. I also had them install in Aprilaire humidifier. It failed within the first month and I was left contact in the manufacturers to see what the problem was. The company offered virtually no assistance and identifying the problem. I came to the conclusion that this company is simply looking for a quick dollar. I prefer companies that provide good service and try to save me money where they can.

I’ve been a customer of Central Refrigeration since 2018, when they installed a new 2-stage unit in my home. From day one, they’ve been reliable, professional, and easy to work with. They’ve handled all my maintenance and repairs over the years, and the system has been great.

Most recently, they added a return and vent to my garage space, which I converted into an office and music studio. The improvement in airflow and comfort has been amazing, and it’s much quieter than relying on a portable air conditioner or space heater.

Central Refrigeration combines quality work, fair pricing, and excellent customer service. I highly recommend them for anyone in the area needing HVAC installation, service, or upgrades.

What can I say! Truly there are no right words to describe these amazing hardworking men. May my experience with them speak for itself. It started with a malfunctioning 30 year old furnace. The only ones that answered their phone with a 24/7 service in place. Within a short time the service guy came; after working tirelessly and trying everything he came with bad news. Bad news isn’t such bad news when you’re Blessed with your life and a home still standing not taking by a fire. I greatly appreciate this man’s honesty. They worked with us to get us hooked backup to heat. When Friday fell through they came on a Saturday and worked tirelessly all day until they got the old unit out and new one in. When they left us the heat was going. Sometimes things don’t always go as planned. We had to call the 24/7 line and the service guy had to come back out twice that same night saying this don’t look good on them. But let the hardwork of these young men their perseverance speak for itself. Who else do you know that is gonna come out twice n stay till 1am until your unit is going good. Central Refrigeration proved to me they can be trusted. These guys won’t let you down no matter the outcome. They won’t stop till the job is done right. My house hasn’t ever been this warm. Thank You Central Refrigeration! We Greatly appreciate You all!

We have used Central Refrigeration for maintenance needs for about 2 years now. The staff are always courteous and forthcoming about issues they find. The company has a great financing option if you are looking for a newer system. I highly recommend their services!
