I reached out to Central Refrigeration with a non-typical situation - completing the installation of a new system for a brand that they did not typically work on. From the start Zack (owner) was eager to help and Garrett (service technician) was professional, knowledgeable, and willing to treat the project as if it was his own, making sure everything was properly completed and functioned correctly. It was a bit of challenging request but Central was willing to invest the required time and effort in order to get my system up and running. I could not have asked for better communication between Brandy (office manager), Garrett, and myself.

I am very grateful for that level of dedication that Zack and his team gave to this project and would highly recommend them for any HVAC needs.

Would not recommend, tried to charge me $894 dollars to replace thermostat wire. that should of only cost $550 dollars and my unit is still not working properly ,yes it was the day before a major snow storm and I had no heat so I agreed to pay the $894 .it took the Tec 3 hours and another Tec coming out for him to determine I needed a thermostat wire ,when I told him I needed one when he got there and clearly I did because you could see where it was cut .you told me it was a flat diagnostic fee of $79 but charged me for the whole time he was there plus for the other guy coming out, then told me it would be another $269 to replace the thermostat it would of had my bill over $1,100. I could not afford that . I did have my thermostat replaced the next day by another company for way less than $269 and that did not fix my Ac .I called you and told you that my thermostat was not the reason my ac is not working, your Tec has my wire wired wrong and you told me that was not your problem . Thank you

I had my vents cleaned this week, and the two gentlemen who came to my house were both very cheerful and polite. They worked quickly, explaining the process as it was in progress. I would DEFINITELY recommend them!!
