This company has been great! I worked directly with Brandon who was always easy to contact and quick to respond. He kept me updated along the way so I knew what to expect and the timing was always precise. I had to made a scheduling change when they were working inside my home and Brandon assured me it wasn’t a problem and they were able to keep to the needed schedule. Repairs were done well and after they were complete you would not have known they were here as their clean up was as good as the work.

I was impressed how they quickly and accurately assessed the damage we had, while communicating efficiently. The quote was reasonable and had excellent photos of the damages for our records.

Then they executed perfectly the following day to prevent further damage from incoming storms that were expected 24 hours later. Afterwards they provided excellent photos of the fixes we needed to complement the ones they took of the damages.

Working with Revival Roofing Services was a great experience! A tree fell on my house during a storm and Brandon Pillow with Revival was there almost immediately to survey the damages. Within a hours, the tree was removed, a tarp went up and the work on a very stressful situation went very smoothly. Brandon Pillow is extremely professional, fast to communicate, kind, helpful and smart about what needs doing. His crew is excellent. Highly recommend!

We had a pipe burst in our attic on Christmas Eve and it flooded about half of our downstairs. We called Restoration and they were out quickly, with drying equipment and then took care of all the repairs. They were professional and friendly. They worked well with our insurance company. We could not have been happier.

From what I was told this is a relatively new restoration company, with that said I was out of town when the valve in my refrigerator blew out and flooded almost my entire downstairs of my home. My son in law just happened to com by and found the problem and called me in Arizona and since he had been in the business I told him to just handle it for me. Well he called Revival Restoration and I cannot tell you how happy I am the did. I'm not going to say there were no hiccups but when a problem did come up Kyle my contact took care of it immediately. I hope I never have this problem again but if I do I will be calling Revival again.
