Revival was overall very knowledgeable and knew exactly how to work with an insurance claim. Their prices were reasonable, and always fit within the budget allowed by our adjuster.

If I am being honest, our project was off to a terrible start. We were very disappointed with our project manager. The quality of work was less than stellar, and things had to be completely redone on multiple occasions. It was very frustrating for months on end, and things were moving very slowly. I’ve renovated multiple homes, so I’m aware that things take time and mistakes are made, but this was excessive.

Eventually, we were given a new project manager, Nathan, and he has been phenomenal. All the bad work was redone within a reasonable amount of time. He was very responsive, and he listened to all of our concerns. He checked in on us regularly and always followed up after things were repaired to make sure things were working well for us and that we were happy. He even went out of his way to help us submit information to the insurance company to get a few things covered we didn’t learn were damaged until well after the fact, and these were things he and his company were not getting paid for.

I’ve read all the reviews, and it appears that everyone is happy with Revival’s work. I became happy too once we were assigned a new project manager. I would use Revival in the future if Nathan were assigned to our project.

Justin Bey (project manager) and Nick (superintendent) were THE best team ever!!! Justin is an excellent communicator, very detail oriented, super professional. They went way beyond to always consider our needs - Definitely customer first mindset! A year ago we had another large insurance claim job done by another company and this was hands down a night and day difference! Thank you Justin and Nick!!!

Revival was a godsend in a time of huge stress. Kevin T was the project manager and did a great job. My house was badly damaged in a storm and needed a part of it to be torn and rebuilt. I was stuck on the other side of the country and having someone competent and trustworthy was very important. Kevin T was very good at communicating with me, sending me photos of the project, and answering my questions. His attitude is wonderful. Even the independent inspector told me over the phone that she was very well impressed with his good attitude. Kevin helped prove to the insurance company that they needed to increase their approval amount, which is something I don’t think I would have know how to do on my own. I would highly recommend them if you need something done.

We had an unfortunate water damage on a Friday morning and with a quick phone call Revival and their team were heading to our home. The mitigation team did great! Kevin was our build back project manager and he did an amazing job. He constantly communicated what was happening, gave accurate timelines, and worked directly with the contractors and floor company. My husband and I were very impressed with Revival and everyone that came into our home. We have little kids running around the house so they made sure to clean up and keep any dust enclosed. These people are so awful. Esp the bald guy who drives the white Chevrolet truck. I’ve never met anyone so disgusting and arrogant. These people are not nice. Choose another company if you want someone to care about the work they are doing and have empathy for you too.

Kevin and Chris did an awesome and timely job for us, when we had a water damage loss from our 2nd floor into our living room. From demolition and cleanup to Drywall, insulation, Painting, and Carpet, they did a great and timely job. Let me start by saying what a fantastic group of people to work with. We had a pipe burst in our kitchen and flooded most of our house. My wife and I have used Revival on two different occasions and have been delighted with their quality, timeliness and determination to get things done correctly. In the first instance, we had an elusive water leak in the master bath that was creating mold. Revival methodically identified the leak and redid the entire bath to perfection. Due to this successful project, we hired Revival again to perform construction related to a Stilz lift installation. Revival had not done this before but Chris, the superintendent, carefully studied the specifications and amazed the Stilz people with his accuracy. The lift was installed perfectly, on time and in budget. Revival takes great care to protect the surroundings and their post construction clean-up crew is fantastic. Justin is a great communicator and scheduler. We will use Revival without hesitation in the future.

My family unexpectedly had a huge oak tree fall into our East Memphis home in March 2025, completely destroying our roof and the side kitchen wall. During our search for a contractor to help us rebuild, we found out that the owner of RKA (highly recommended by our friends) had partnered with an insurance expert to form Revival Restoration Services, which specializes in exactly what we needed, rebuilding after storm property damage and assisting with the insurance process. Scott Trimble from Revival Restoration came out quickly with various crew members to assess the damage to the house and wrote us up a very detailed quote that broke down each step of expected construction clearly, from the new roof to even the final step of house cleaning. After interviewing a couple of companies, we chose to proceed with Revival due to their professionalism, promptness, and attention to detail.

Brandon Pillow has been the most reassuring and competent project manager anyone could hope to have, so we feel very blessed to have been assigned him to guide us in rebuilding our home during this stressful period. He patiently and politely responds to our phone calls and texts (even after hours and weekends), answers our endless questions, and calmly handles/addresses any and all concerns we have. Brandon walked us through each stage of construction, helping us focus on the tasks immediately needing our attention versus things to deal with later on. He would coordinate our contractors and inform us daily which contractors to expect at what time, as well as relay our requests and concerns. When we had to adjust how we handled fixing kitchen cabinetry, he executed the change order seamlessly. Brandon is extremely professional and courteous to his clients, but you can also tell he is working hard behind the scenes to make sure construction goes smoothly without a hiccup. I was a bit incredulous when he told us he expected to complete our project in approximately six weeks, but he was pretty spot on, at about eight weeks.

Overall, we would definitely recommend Revival Restoration and Brandon Pillow based on the professionalism and great care we received from them and all our sub contractors, the quality of their workmanship (Our new roof is solid and so stunning that our tree guy asked us for a roofing referral!), and the shared objective in getting our home restored (and us back into our home) in a timely and within budget manner.
