Constraction reviews in Memphis, Tennessee

The night before my wedding a tree fell on my home. It crushed a car and came into my attic. Within 12 hours Revival Restoration was there. The tree removed and my roof tarped. There was a large amount of damage, however this company had it handled. They were patient and helpful in dealing with insurance. I’m very thankful we were referred to them and can not recommend them enough!!

Parks is my go to for everything roofs- he knows roofs and will give you an honest, knowledgeable and reliable estimate and will be honest with you if you do not need a new roof. You can be assured whether it’s a repair that’s needed or an entire roof replacement, you will be happy with the quality workmanship you receive with Revival Roofs

We live in another state but are remodeling an inherited home in Memphis. On a wing and a prayer we started calling roofing contractors and were so impressed by everything from the initial call to the completion of the project, and especially with the professionalism and ease of working with Brandon Pillow. Would definitely recommend them, and will be calling on them for future projects!

Always so easy to work with. Provide photos before and after. Will use again

Incredible work! We are grateful for the level of attention and communication of Revival. They walked us through the entire process. We could not be more pleased. Brandon and Scott go beyond what is required. Thank you for an remarkable job!

Ask for Parks Flowers. Short story: a storm had blown through our neighborhood, and many roofers were making their rounds. Knowing zero about roofs, he could have told me it needed a full replacement (and I would've believed it), yet he reassured me that the roof was in great shape, even after a decade. If you want someone who is competent and won't try to sell you something you don't need, I recommend Parks!

Great experience working with Brandon! They came out and looked at the roof quickly and got a quote quickly as well. Then followed up with scheduling our repair.

We live in Collierville and from the snow to the wind due to this ever changing weather our roof was in need of minor repairs before leading to major damage. Brandon not only installed my roof several years back but he’s the only one I trust with its upkeep. From his friendly, timely, and honest service, to his amazing crew he has working for him, Brandon will always be the only person I call.

Revival Restoration did an amazing job repairing our home after a tree fell on it. Their work was meticulous, fast and thorough, and their team was very responsive and collaborative. We couldn’t be happier with the results.

Brandon is a true professional. Good job working with insurance companies and keeping things on track. After the tornado last year, he worked to keep the project moving safely and timely.

In the end, Rivival replaced 6 damaged roofs and repaired a lot of damage to the property.

Thanks 😊

Revival did a fantastic roof job with our home in Collierville. We worked with Brandon and he was easy to get a hold of and communicated the whole process seamlessly. Highly recommend

Brandon with Revival Restoration has done my personal roof and several for my clients. He is extremely professional, very thorough and honest. He went out of his way several different times to make sure all our expectations were met and everyone brags on him to friends. Will only refer him to my clients.

Brandon and team were absolutely awesome to work with on our roof replacement and interior repairs. From the initial estimate phase through the end of the project he and team were extremely efficient, respectful of our property, and communication was top notch.

I can confidently say that Parks Flowers is someone you want on your side when it comes to roofing projects. I know Parks well, and his dedication to his work is unmatched. He’s meticulous in explaining the process, highly organized, and always ensures that everyone is kept up-to-date with the latest progress. If you’re considering Revival Roofing, I highly recommend reaching out to Parks—he’s someone who truly cares about delivering the best service possible.

I just closed on my home in october and after the fact my insurance company canceled my insurance due to curled shingles. The roof on my new home was less than 9 years old.

Brandon was gracious enough to come out and look at my roof for me. He did a very detailed inspection and found the roof was in fantastic shape. He put together paperwork for me to turn into the insurance company to prove they were wrong.

Thank you!!

Brandon and his team at Revival performed top notch work repairing our synthetic slate roof in East Memphis. We're very pleased with the repair and with the level of communication we've received from Brandon. Great experience overall.

Our experience with Revival Roofing could not have been better. From start to finish, we felt as though they cared very much about our home and the roof issues we had been experiencing. Our project manager, Brandon Pillow, was very professional and so easy to work with. He assisted us with product choices and even took us around town to view completed projects so that we could see our options in place.
The crew arrived each day, on time and were very protective of our landscaping. Each evening the site was cleaned up so that there was never clutter around or nails to step on or drive over.
We love our new roof and after all of the recent storms, we had no leaks! You can’t ask for any more than that! I would highly recommend Revival Roofing to any of my friends and family, especially, if you have Mr. Pillow as the manager.

Storm damage recovery is stressful and challenging. Brandon and his team really stepped in and did a fantastic job. He was informative and solved problems with my insurance and worked diligently to ensure that the damage was repaired to return things back to better than they were before the storm. I appreciate all the hard work and will definitely use the Revival Restoration team again. Thank you for all the fantastic work Brandon and team.

Brandon and everyone at Revival did a great job repairing our home after a tree fell causing damage to the roof, floors and shower. They came out quickly to assess the damage, communicated well, organized all of the repairs and even came out on weekends when we had new concerns arise. It was so nice to have someone provide trusted care, listen to our concerns and deal with our insurance company directly. We can't thank them enough and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable restoration services.

We had a wonderful experience with Revival. Brandon quickly came out and diagnosed our problem, and his team had the repairs completed in short order. Excellent work!
