I have been using Datacomm for 3 years now to do everything from simple data drop moves, to whole building rewires. No one else has met my standards for installation, and Datacomm regularly exceeds them.

Best electrical contractor in our area. Great customer service!

Complacent about safety. Asks their electricians to do dangerous work in energized gear without providing the appropriate PPE.

Teamsters Local 667 - Memphis TN called MSE to repair/change overhead lights that were out... Electrician (Brandon) was fast, efficient, and courteous! He got all our lights repaired and in great working order. Highly recommend Mid-South Electrical Contractors!

As a project manager for 30 years, and contracting with more then 30 electrical contractors (usually I deal with a GC), I can give Mid-South Electrical my highest rating, on skill, implementation, schedule, and completing punch.

Hoping their service is better than their employees. This morning I witnessed one of their employees, on a company branded vehicle, belligerently yelling at a young woman in the McDonald’s drive-thru on who was to go in front of whom. Not a good look.

I got a panicked call from my 83 year old mom about the laundry room and kitchen flooding. Mike was there in a flash and had the issue fixed in 30 minutes. I will not use anyone else.

They came out for an estimate after an ice storm, charged me $180.00 to cut and cap my waterline to my washer, spent about 15 minutes at my house and said they would be back the next week to finish the job. After this, they never responded again after my calling about three times.

Run!!! I was overcharged several hundred dollars and I WILL be taking him to small claims court!! My AC went out. He came over and put a 10 dollar booster on the unit, used my water hose and sprayed it off and OVER put Freon in it charging me 361 dollars. When I asked why so high he said it was because he put r22 Freon in. I later found out that it was 407C (a much cheaper brand) in. DO NOT USE THEM (for plumbing or air) UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF!!!!!!

I am a long time customer of Mike's, and All Service. An obvious fact is that those that complain that they don't like you eating peanut butter and jelly sandwiches are twice as likely to complain on all sites as apposed to the satisfied customer. If I may inject a piece of logic here; A hard working Plumber and Air man is twice as likely to generate complaints from malcontents than a slower inactive one. From my new toilets to solving a drainage problem from an outdated drain pipe that wasn't designed for the newer Washing Machines, Mike's your man. He replaced my whole Air system last. To the guy who was 20 minutes late; Adults know that being late is no excuse. It means your not trustworthy. Which is the very thing you implied by not giving them the key.

All Service Plumbing is great to work with. They always do a professional work at a fair price. I call them for all of my plumbing and heating and air needs. I recommend them to anyone who asks.

Our house was destroyed by a tornado. All Service Plumbing was subcontracted by our contractor to re-plumb our entire house as well as run hvac duct work and re-set a geothermal unit. On the front end we asked that we have at least and hopefully more water pressure than we previously had. We also asked to have a recirculating pump added so we didn't have to wait so long for the hot water in the kitchen. Mike said we wouldn't need that, that the tankless hot water heater had one built-in, but it doesn't. We now wait 3-4 minutes for hot water in the kitchen. Everything we asked him about he would say no problem or we don't need that.
On top of that the water lines are now in the attic with a ridge vent. The first time it dropped below freezing, the water lines froze. He did not completely insulate them. Now that it's summer we also wait for cold water as the lines are full of hot water and we have to let it run out.
As for the ac/heat, part of the house is either hot or cold while the other part is the opposite.
If I could give zero stars I would. I will never use this company again.

Mike told me over the phone that his estimate was around $1500 and when he finished the installation he told me it was $2010, a basic bath tub with wall panels and with a basic delta hardware kit, removed sheet rock in bedroom to install bath tub pipes and wall around wall panels. Mike said he could not repair sheet rock that he removed because he didn't do sheet rock repair. I now have a hole in the wall in the bedroom and the sheet rock around the tub wall panels that has to be repaired. I could have gone to any hardware store and brought the very best bath tub and wall panels and hardware for $1000 or less. Some thing about this isn't right. ???

I've contacted them on a commercial plumbing level numerous times this week. To begin lets just say I still don't have an appointment and the young lady who answers the calls is very rude and snobby. She has taken my name and number down more than 5 times this week and no one has yet to call me back, she hasn't even realized I've called more than once per day after she supposedly took my address and told me how much it would be for someone to come out and take a look at the issue. Yes I've been bugging but that is because I've heard about the quality work the guys do and even saw pictures and really want them to reconstruct the bathroom at my new job, it desperately needs it. Today the lady finally told me they don't take public calls, they only deal with customers they've worked with before and its a process to get an appointment and that she would have to send me a vendor sheet and so on so on. My thing is, why didn't she tell me this the first time I called? second? third? or even fourth? And mind you that I am calling from a business that they could have potentially made a permanent customer. She has completely wasted our time and then had the audacity to hang up the phone on me after I told her I would have called another company had I known that earlier this week. Its terrible that a good company with so many good reviews have failed to hire a mean and unprofessional woman as herself. Hopefully the most appropriate eyes sees this and addresses the issue because she's doing a crappy job!

Mike came out and estimated the job and insisted the estimate be signed by me. I did so. His guys came out and began the work. Mike strongly suggested I give him a key so that his guys could come and go as needed (this is a tax business that has yet to open but has new computer equipment in it). I did not think this was a good idea and indicated I would be happy to let his guys in if he would give me an 30 min notice. I was 20 minutes late (his second visit and due to traffic) today. Mike expressed his anger and told me to find another Plumber because I was wasting his time. I was confused because he was charging me an hourly rate ($89.50). Mike walked off the job and now I must hire another plumber to finish whatever he's done. Stay away from Mike...
