Two of the employees i asked for help didn't know what a cable splitter was, nor did they seek to assist me. I went to customer service and the woman there looked it up and asked one of the other workers, and he helped me without cease. I appreciate genuine, good help.

Edit: on another trip, they didn't have the heater I needed 😒 so i bought two other types..

They need a better selection of contractors.

I would not recommend this for anyone. I have been going back and forth with HomeDepot since June to get my flooring repaired. Its not worth it.
If I could select 'zero' stars I would. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Absolutely horrible. Bought a toilet and paid for the service. Plumber comes to install the toilet and expect a check from me. "Sorry, Home Depot doesn't pay us" Okay? Then why the F were they dispatched and why the F did Home Depot get payment from me for the service? They've lost me as a customer and I will no longer support ANY Home Depots due to their utter incompetence with service providers. If I could give negative feedback I would.

Great service on a Sunday.
Responded quickly and got it fixed in a quickly manner on a Sunday afternoon. Very reasonable and I will be calling him again.

This person offered to come look at our HVAC, for free estimate. Then he refused to leave unless my wife paid him, making her very uncomfortable.

Mr. Santiago was on time for the job. He communicated every step of the way. He did a fabulous job and we definitely will be calling him back for more projects.

Came to a job to install glue down wood floor. Did not know how to installing. My father is a carpet and tile installer and I know he started incorrectly and was getting glue EVERYWHERE. He ditched the job and never returned. Do not trust him! He is playing it by ear. As the old saying goes, "Cheap makes expensive." RUN!

. Santiago scheduled a same day appointment and arrived as promised. He conducted a thorough inspection to identify a solution to my HVAC issue.

Mr. Santiago came out the same day I called for HVAC issues. He notified me that it will be a service call fee. He diagnosed the problem but since it was a Saturday. All the HVAC supply companies were closed but we ordered the supplies and he came out to install the next day. He was very pleasant and polite. Will use again
