I had heard positive things about All Service and I called them about a bathroom remodel in my home. They came out on time and gave me a fair estimate. The work was done on time and to perfection! I would definitely recommend All Service Plumbing to anyone and I will use them again for future projects.

What a piece of work. After contacting this company many times, I finally got an appointment. The plumber did not show up. I called the next the day to find out why, and this man has the nerve to blame me for him not showing up! Apparently I got a call from a different number than the plumber who I had been working with (how am I supposed to know it’s not spam? I didn’t answer). Dude said he didn’t want to come over if I didn’t answer the phone. What is the point of having an appointment? This guy is not ready for prime time. Stay away.

I have been very pleased with my experiences with All Service Plumbing. They call to confirm when they are arriving, do great work, clean up after themselves, and charge a very fair price for their services. They have done small jobs with toilets and sinks, and a complete bathroom remodel which is lovely and exceeded all my expectations. I would highly recommend them.

The team from All Service Plumbing, Heating, and Air did a great job installing a new water heater and removing the 2 old water heaters. Communications were excellent. They were responsive. The installation was very professional. I highly recommend them.

My experience with All Service has always been great. I am in property management and real estate. Each call I make, someone has always come out the same day, even if it's to access the situation and then return. The company is reasonably priced for all of their services. I have called on their services for several years any time, day or night and will continue to do so. Mike generally takes the emergency calls, I don't know when he sleeps. I would highly recommend All Service Plumbing.

Be wary or get up front pricing from these guys, had a simple leak at an elbow connection to irrigation system that was already dug out and diagnosed and they charged $600 for the fix. Took less than two hours to replace maybe a foot of pvc and elbow joint, most of the time waiting for glue to dry. I guess those tariffs have kicked in on glue and pvc. I could not get an invoice with labor and materials as Mike mentioned in his communication. His explaination was these are set prices and this was on the lower end. To boot, they left my irrigation off...

Horrible service from miss ricks refused to help three customers in including a man with a disability trying to switch a light because his box was damaged she laughed and told him to leave... Shouldn't be an employee there at 4950 Memphis location

So far so good

Truck 0980 passed me at about 90MPH in a 55. He was also weaving through traffic at a dangerous rate.

Hill’s is always prompt and courteous. They have responded to a couple of emergencies and saved the day in our building. They also know how to deal with permits and other regulatory issues. Great group of folks!

Dangerous driving! Made a right turn at a red light, cutting me off with barely enough time to break behind them, when I had a green light to continue straight. Then slammed on breaks to make a right turn into a lot, without use of a turn signal.

Very unhappy. In 2009 we purchased a "new" $40,000.00 commercial domestic hot water boiler that we had trouble with in the first week of operation. After a few free service calls by Hill, they refused to service it any more for no charge even though it was sold to us as new. Being suspicious of their actions we researched the serial number of the boiler and it turns out it was not a new boiler. It was several years old. In fact, we found out that it had been shipped to another property and sent back and then sold to us. The first purchase proposal they gave us at the administrative office had the word "new" in it. The proposal they handed my manger to sign on site had the word "new" removed so we had no recourse under the laws of TN. We have had trouble since day one and are very disappointed. We would not ever recommend them as they simply refused to discuss it with us any more. We just asked for them to service it to make it work and they cut off communications and refused to help us in any way. I am just now writing this review because of two reasons: a) I have never done this before and b) we are now having to buy a new boiler seven years later when these boilers should last for another 10 to 15 years.

This company hires aggressive, dangerous drivers. While driving on I-40 East toward Memphis, I was stuck behind several semis going rather slowly, the driver of the red truck behind me kept speeding up and coming within dangerous distance. Well I tried to give warning by slowing down and stepping on my break, the driver persisted in his abusive driving tactics.. I got over to let him pass and I observed him doing the same thing to other drivers even though there was no place for them to go.

This guy, whoever he is, is going to be a huge liability to your company when he eventually slams into somebody. It would serve you well to get rid of this guy as soon as possible and get another aggressive driver off the road. At least one that is representing your company.

Went there twice they gave me the wrong parts why do people work there as helpers and they don't even know how to help if I go up a third time I will not be be nice

We worked with this location on a blinds installation order. Lisa was amazing! She was prompt, professional, and everything done in a very short period of time! I'd recommend this store, and more specifically Lisa, to anyone!
