We scheduled an initial deep cleaning for our home and the service they provided was great! Not only that, but the ladies from Team #12 were very friendly and professional. We will definitely be using Molly Maid again!

Do not bother wasting your time on this joke of an organization. They are not punctual or seemingly competent at all. I scheduled an estimate for 12:00pm a week in advance. Come time for the estimate, no one had showed up by 12:23. I call them, they say that they will get in touch with the cleaner and call me back. I receive no such call back. I am sent to voicemail twice. By the third call, I actually get someone. They state they will send a time sensitive notification and I should receive a call back shortly. Fast forward, It's now 12:45, no call back. My lunch break is almost up. I call them again and notify them that they have lost my business and I am going elsewhere due to their inability to arrive for a scheduled, pre-set appointment. This lady (third separate person I've talked to by the way) informs me that their appointments are set "within the hour of", meaning I should've expected this person to arrive anywhere from 12:00 to 12:59pm. None of the other people i spoke to at any point in this exchange ever bothered to tell me this, nor was it communicated when I set up the appointment.

I want to make it clear that I completely and totally understand if the estimator was held up in traffic or tied up for whatever reason. Things happen, that's not why I am urging you take your business elsewhere.

No one I spoke to sounded confident in what they were doing, or cared to address the issue or at least get me in touch with the person directly. Apathetic and dismissive. Absolutely horrendous first impression and I am sure it reflects their overall quality of service.

Molly Maid of Tipton. This was my first time using there services. I recieved a deep clean of my house. The team members Leann C., Rebecca C. and Abby G. did a very good and thorough cleaning. Outside of the normal cleaning, they cleaned my baseboards, windows, ceiling fans and vents. Will use them again.

Thought it would be a good idea to get a maid service to start cleaning my place I live in a one bedroom one bath 400 sq ft house. My interaction with Molly maid started off on a bad foot. On the day of the estimate the young lady was an hour late to our appointment. I was quoted the price of 170 and we continued moving forward. I was excited to see what my house looked like that Monday evening after I got home from work. Unfortunately I was very underwhelmed with the work I received. Many of the items that the young lady pointed out during the estimation like return vents weren't cleaned. So after that I received a call my card on file wasn't working I informed the young lady that I did not want to continue the service but I would gladly make sure and pay for what was already done. To my shock when I check my bank statement my card was charged $254 which was never agreed upon. Thoroughly dissatisfied,

I had an absolutely outstanding experience with Molly Maid of Memphis again 11/18/2025, thanks to Aimee and Sherri, who delivered an exceptional home cleaning today. From the moment they arrived, they were warm, professional, and incredibly thorough. They walked through the home with me to understand exactly what I needed, and then went above and beyond in every room.

Aimee and Sherri were extremely detailed — baseboards, blinds, floors, kitchen surfaces, bathrooms — everything was spotless, organized, and refreshed. They worked efficiently but with genuine care, treating my home as if it were their own. The difference was noticeable the moment they finished; the whole house looked brighter, smelled fresher, and felt beautifully maintained.

Their teamwork, attention to detail, and friendly personalities made the entire experience truly exceptional. It’s rare to find a cleaning team that delivers this level of quality and consistency, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The team was fantastic! While there were a few minor misunderstandings, they ultimately delivered excellent results. Dakota was particularly understanding of the stressful situation and promptly sent assistance. This was my first experience with a professional cleaning service, and I would gladly use them again.

I paid $600 for a “deep clean” of my 3br 2.5b house. When I arrived home, I found kitchen blinds covered in dust, refrigerator top dusty and baseboards uncleaned- I called and the same 2 person crew came back over shortly later and made statements such as “I didn’t even notice your kitchen had blinds.” And “I may need a different duster to reach these blinds.” I loaned them my stepping stool. Following days, I spent an additional 6 hours cleaning endless “missed areas.” After three attempts at reaching local management with no call backs, I conceded to a very costly error in hiring this company- my friends who use non corporate home cleaning outfits just shook their heads in dismay - I should’ve used one of their services. They indicate a deep clean takes about 6 hours for 2 people - I got 2.75 hours from Molly maid.

This was a move in clean that required a lot of special attention due to it being an older home. The three ladies who came to clean were Cali, Cayla, and Mari. All three of them did a FANTASTIC job cleaning my new home! They were positive, professional and gave my space the cleaning going above and beyond! A+++

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!

I scheduled a move in clean at my new place and have never been so dissatisfied with a service in my entire life.

First things first, they gave me an estimated arrival time between 9:30 and 11:30 am. They also told me I would get a notification when the cleaners were on their way, which was essential since I needed to drive over to let them in. At 8:50 am, they called to tell me the cleaners were already there. Apparently they finished the previous job early, which does not surprise me with how terrible of a job they did at my place.

I rushed over there to let them in. Once I arrived, I asked if I needed to stay with them while they completed the service. I was reassured it wasn’t necessary and was glad I could go home to keep packing for my move. Later that day, I went back to lock up and see how everything was. I was shocked to see nothing had been cleaned in the slightest.

I specifically mentioned when scheduling the service that I wanted the bathroom detail cleaned. There was still dust on the shower walls and in the sink as if nothing had been touched. The floors were unmopped, the kitchen sink was bone dry and dirty, as far as I can tell the only thing they MIGHT have done is dust the windowsills.

I cannot believe how terrible of a job they did. I guess when you schedule a move in clean that means “we show up and do absolutely nothing.” I have left several voicemails over the past few days and no one has reached out to speak with me. The only communication I have received is a text asking me to send an email about why I need them to come back out.

At this point, I don’t even want their services anymore. This cannot be made right. Do not ever use this cleaning company, you will regret it!

The ladies arrived on time & we began by reviewing the house & what I wanted done. I'd requested a deep clean for initial visit. Upon finishing, my home looked & smelled clean! Plan to have follow up visits every two weeks. The ladies were respectful of my home, worked diligently, were professional & pleasant to have. Great pricing on services also. Treat yourself to a spotless home. Highly recommend! From the photos it's obvious I have lots of stuff. They dusted around furniture, mirrors, and picture frames. Vacuumed around and under furniture. Mopped hardwood floors and cleaned baseboards.

This was the first time Molly Maids have been to my house to clean. I can say that the two ladies did an excellent job and they were very thorough. I am very particular how my home is cleaned and they nailed it. I would highly recommend Molly Maids for your home cleaning.

0 STARS..I was charged $400 for a "Deep Cleaning" that was far from deep. Floors not mopped at most only sweeped and used a swifter or rag. Kitchen mats not moved dirt & crumbs still under mats. Closet floor not cleaned at all. Water stains on bathroom appliances. I will definitely not continue the monthly service I was looking for and will never use them again. Once my card was ran I was charged an extra $4.00 which was not authorized or was i advised of any extra fees during the quote walk thru.

I had my very first cleaning with Molly Maid, and I came home to a half-cleaned house. Some rooms looked like they were never even entered — the window sills still had dirt, fans had thick dust, my daughter’s room wasn’t vacuumed, mirrors were dirty, furniture wasn’t wiped down, and the shower tiles still had residue. The guest/office room bed wasn’t made, and that space clearly hadn’t been touched.

Because this was the initial clean, I was charged double, which I was fine with if the job was done correctly — but it wasn’t. When I called to share my disappointment, I was told the cleaner had quit that day and that they’d redo the cleaning. I appreciated the effort, but after the second visit, the same issues remained — the fans still weren’t touched, and there was still shampoo residue in the shower.

When I followed up, the operations manager told me my house is “already clean,” so I wouldn’t notice much difference unless I paid for a deep cleaning. I was also asked to be home next time to point out what I wanted done — but that defeats the purpose of hiring a cleaning service.

I asked to cancel and requested a partial refund since the job was incomplete, but it’s been over three days and no one has reached out, even after waiting a week for a manager to contact me.

Overall, very disappointing experience — I ended up cleaning the house myself after paying for a professional service. Poor communication, poor quality, and not worth the money.
