Mid south ponds has done an incredible job with our koi pond!! We are so grateful for their attention to detail, wonderful advice and care they give to our koi! Phillip has always done an amazing job! Tiffany is very helpful with scheduling! Highly recommend!!!!

Midsouth Ponds recently serviced our fountain. Tiffany and Phillip were great to work with. They were able to come out in a timely manner and replace our pump right away. I highly recommend Midsouth Ponds and will definitely use them again in the future!

OK, ponds are amazing, relaxing, add great dimension to your garden, fun to watch fish, and a royal pain in the ass when they are not working right. No longer an issue, call Midsouth Ponds, and Tiffany will answer promptly and get you scheduled. She will probably send Hunter, and he is polite, competent, and knowledgeable with a great quality of attention to detail and work ethic. My pond system had issues I could not resolve. I called Brand X, and they offered to pressure wash my pond, but by the way, we don’t do bottom drains or open clogged lines. Hunter and Midsouth do, and did, running like a top. Only folks in the pond business, that are truly in the pond business. They are on my calendar to do all my maintenance, and they should be on yours too. They rock.

Tiffany with Mid South Ponds is very professional and the pond techs were very educational and skillful.

Philip came and fixed my pump and cleaned out my water feature. It hasn’t been working for a while and they told me it would be several weeks before they could come. But he called and managed to squeeze me in less than a week after I asked and the total cost was less than originally quoted which made me happy! He was efficient and kind, a wonderful experience. Would highly recommend!

Midsouth Ponds cleaned and reworked my two ponds today and did an amazing job. Philip was training two new employees, Kenny and Kyelin, and all three were extremely professional, hard-working, and so pleasant and knowledgeable! I highly recommend this company for your pond and water garden needs!

Christmas lights installed today, can't wait till they come on at 5! Crew is fantastic and even hung up my wreaths! Best ever🎅

5 star’s service! Philip and Hunter did an amazing job cleaning and repairing our large fountain. They are knowledgeable, professional, efficient and personable. We look forward to working with them again for future fountain maintenance. The office manager Tiffany has been a delight to work with. She is professional, knowledgeable and patient. Overall a great company! As soon as our Lily flower’s settle I will upload a picture. It’s only been day 2 and the water is so clear we can see our fish!

I had a waterfall and stream installed in my backyard last year to hide a corner that I couldn’t get plants to grow in. They took my vision and turned it into reality. I’ve had a couple of issues with one of the pumps and each time they have been professional and responsive, quickly fixing the problem. I highly recommend this company to everyone trying to update/upgrade their yard. I truly love it and it makes this space a tranquil area to relax!! It definitely beautified the area.

My pond is beautiful and has been running all winter, but was full of leaves and debris. Hunter came out And cleaned it up, made my fish and bullfrogs happy :-) excellent service

Really appreciated everyone from Midsouth Ponds who helped me. Tiffany was great at communication: easy to reach and she followed up to make sure everything got resolved. Phillip came out a few times and was able to figure out why our pondless waterfall was slow leaking. He and Hunter got everything patched up before the overnight ice came, yay. Great customer service is hard to find so I highly recommend this company.

Hunter came out to clean and replenish the koi pond. He was absolutely wonderful, professional, courteous, and very informative. Very helpful for first time Koi pond owners! I highly recommend this company and highly recommend Hunter.

Hunter serviced our fountain and it is working fine. He also took a look at our pond and cleared the filter. I could not ask for a service tech to be more knowledgeable. I will ask for Hunter on future service calls.

My experience was wonderful , i’m so glad that i had my pond done by mid south . Of course there are others in memphis who are doling this but considering the end product they deserve a 10 star rating . Kenny, kaylin and Bryant were professional timely and helpful with ideas . It is rare nowadays to have people do what they say but they delivered 100 percent . would definitely reccomend this company.

I highly recommend Dreamscapes. I have been having trouble with my coy pond. Dreamscapes returned my call immediately and my problem was quickly taken care of and their prices were reasonable. I am extremely pleased with their services and will definitely call on them again

We have used Midsouth Ponds several times. First to fix a leak in our waterfall and a couple of times for a yearly cleanup. Each time, they have done exactly what I wanted and their crew was friendly and went above and beyond to make us happy. This year, I had a time crunch to get the pond cleaned before an event and they worked with us to get this done.

David, Eli, and Kyelin did a great job throughout the whole pond update and cleaned up. I would definitely recommend them for your pond creation!
