Austin came and give us a quote on pressure washing our flagstone walkway, 5 wing walls, the entire house and both the front and back porches. The quote was very fair and even though we got another quote slightly lower (not by much), we choose Mid South because of their terrific 5 star reviews and the trust we felt after meeting with Austin.

The team showed up today on time with Jehu leading the team. They moved all the furniture off the back porch and began work. The results were outstanding and our 70 year old house is now sparkling! We have already received compliments from the neighbors.

We will definitely be calling Mid South back for more jobs, and I highly recommend them without reservation!

Austin does a fantastic job! Very polite and pays the utmost attention to detail. We highly recommend. Our first experience with him, he came out to wash/clean our entire house exterior. It looked brand new after the fact. We have him come out twice a year.

Austin was a great communicator with our HOA from beginning to end of our project. His crew showed up on time and completed the tasks booked for both days professionally and well. He is fairly priced and does a great job. Those on the property who hired him for additional work were very pleased. We would be happy to use his company again.

Austin was very to easy to work with. I felt that he did excellent work on my deck! He gave advice about which stain colors would weather the best. The best part was that he was able to add a pressure washer service to have the outside of home cleaned as well. I plan to use him in the future if needed. I would highly recommend him and his team.

This was my first time working with Mid South, but was impressed with the reviews that others have given them. I was quite happy the first time that I met Austin, and was able to discuss the project (pool deck, sidewalks, driveway, side of house, windows). The project was completed today, and I couldn’t be happier. The 3 guys that were here were detail oriented, yet quite efficient. Overall, I couldn’t be more pleased, and I look forward to having them return on a regular basis.

Austin and Mid South Pressure Wash do fantastic work. They were here earlier in the week to pressure wash our driveway, patio, and sidewalks. The concrete was so white it looked new, as did our washed pee-gravel patio. They also cleaned and repaired the gutters. I had asked them to clean the one gutter over the garage because it was very mildewy looking. They did such a good job and then decided to clean the whole whole front of the garage and it looked like it had been freshly painted. So we decided to have them back again this week to pressure wash the entire house and all of the gutters. Everything looks almost brand new now. I recommend them highly. Five stars.
