We love our pond and are so Happy that we found Memphis Water Works. We had so many leaks and repairs needed but its a beautiful pond filled with Koi! Our backyard fills like your in the mountains in North Carolina with the sound of streams running thru brooks. Thanks to Frank and his professional team.

Memphis Water Gardens did an amazing job cleaning our pond (installed in 2005) and fixing a tree root intrusion underneath the waterfall. The liner had two large holes through which the roots were growing (rodent damage probably). They discovered enough slack in the liner to trim off the damaged part and reattach it to the waterfall reservoir. They also added a automatic dosing device to automatically add beneficial bacteria and other water treatments to benefit plants and fish. They reconstructed the waterfall making the splash and water flow more interesting. The work was done in just a few hours and was the initial visit in their year around pond maintenance program.

Frank was responsive and did a terrific and thorough job of cleaning our two water features for the spring. They now sparkle, shine and work well. They now bring us joy. Highly recommend Memphis Water Gardens.

Frank Roberts installed a very intricate water fountain at our residence recently. He did a superb job in meticulously leveling the ground in preparation for the installation and then assembled the 10 ft fountain in a copper pool that he had ordered. Memphis Water Gardens has been instrumental in rehabilitating my parents' fountain that I inherited when they died. It was their pride & joy. I was having an awful time getting it to run properly & had a couple of people try to help me with it. Then I found Memphis Water Gardens, and everything changed! They have poured themselves into getting this fountain up & running. The first time I saw water come out the top, I could feel Mama & Daddy smiling down on me. I am so very grateful!

Memphis Water Gardens cleaned our 2000 gallon koi pond today and we are so pleased with the results! Phillip and Melvin arrived on time and did a beautiful job in 3 hours (something that has taken 10-12 hours in the past.) They were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The water is clear, the rocks and waterfall are sparkling, the koi are happy, and we now have the easiest once a week biological treatment schedule than we’ve had in 20 years. Will definitely be repeat customers!

The crew of 4 showed up around 10 am and were done by 5pm. They cleaned up small 2 ponds with a waterfall and a creek bed and had it running like new. They hauled off the debris and cleaned up after themselves. Great experience and I highly recommend them if you need your water feature cleaned.

Frank at Memphis Water Gardens installed a new pond for me and I cannot overstate what a great job he and his crew did. Prior to my move to the present location I had installed 5 different ponds, and all were pretty good. Frank’s pond blew them away. It looks like it’s been there forever, completely natural, and truly beautiful. If you are thinking of putting in an ornamental pond (mine has lots of plants and koi, all doing well) I would give Frank the highest recommendation. Keep in mind I’m a hard grader and don’t give out accolades easily.

I am very pleased with the promptness and quality of the service provided to fix my pond pump issue. The pump is working like new and I can hear the stream again. The gentlemen who provided the service were friendly, courteous professionals with a customer-centric attitude. We just had a water fountain installed at a new home and it's amazing!! I was sad to leave a pool at my previous house but not any more. I worked with Frank and his team to clean my Koi pond as well as to instal a new filter system . Great guys, came back until I was satisfied with the work . I had built a waterfall and pond 25 years ago. It needed some repair and redesigning. Frank and his crew came up with an idea to make it more natural and fit in with what I had done before.
