Everything about this business is spot on. Dustin came out to grind a stump that I needed to get done, I talked to Eddie late at night and he sent someone just 2 days later. They were very quick and efficient. After the stump was grinded they cleaned up everything and were on their way. I would recommend Pyramid Tree to anyone looking.

Pyramid Tree service did an excellent job for me. Eddie and his crew quickly and effectively took down a maple tree, ground the stump and roots and hauled away the tree parts and leaves - cheaper than any of the other three bids I got for the same work. Pleasure doing business with them - EXCELLENT!

I got three quotes for a removing a small limb from a neighbor's tree that was hanging over my carport cover. It looked like a simple job, so I was shocked by the high quotes I received... except for Pyramid Tree Services. Their quote was very fair and they came out just a few days later and removed the limb. You only know they've been to your house because the job is done. Their clean up is fantastic. They make sure every leaf and limb is removed and your property is left in excellent shape. I highly recommend these guys. Give them a minute to get back to you with a quote. They are busy, because they are good. It's worth the wait.

I had the opportunity to work with Pyramid Tree Service. I had part of my oak tree hit my house over the Labor Day weekend. This tree made several holes in my roof as well as other damage. Eddie's response was immediate, professional and was a calming element for me to know he knew exactly what needed to be done. Within hours his crew and equipment arrived and by the end of the day the tree was gone everything was cleaned up and was like the tree had never fallen. The crew also put tarps on the holes in the roof to keep the rain out until the insurance co could get their act together. Communication throughout this ordeal was excellent and I would highly recommend Eddie at Pyramid Tree for any of your tree service needs.

We worked with Eddie at Pyramid tree service when we had an emergent need over a holiday weekend. He and his crew were excellent, providing timely care and communication throughout the entire process. He worked with our insurance company, taking pressure off of us to do so. Can’t recommend them enough. Eddie was great to work with, and three things in particular stood out. First, he was incredibly fast in communication, scheduling, and getting the job done. He worked around my schedule, which is unique in a business like this. Second, he’s really educated in his work, especially on the insurance side of it. Third, he’s just a cool guy. He had my back from the beginning, and never once seemed like he was in a hurry to get to the next job. Again, can’t recommend them enough.

Eddie and crew at Pyramid did a fantastic job. I requested an estimate and immediately got a call with an appointment for the next day. The cost was VERY reasonable. They came within a week and completed the job (removed one tree and trimmed a second tree) in 2.5 hours. The trimmed tree looks great. They cleaned my yard so well you couldn’t tell any tree work had been done. If i ever need tree work done i will definitely use Pyramid Tree Service.

Fast and reliable. They removed a massive branch from my roof after a storm the same day. Then came back and removed the oak from my yard and could not have asked for a better job. The clean up was almost as impressive as the removal considering how big the tree was.

I had the best experience working with Eddie, who owns the company. A storm came through and broke a large portion of my tree off, leaving a large chunk standing that I had to remove as well. He understood my circumstances and made sure I got the best pricing. They worked so fast and cleaned everything up completely. Hackley's did a fabulous job on our yard--raking, weeding, mulching, planting. They were diligent and didn't stop until the job was done and done beautifully well. Impressive. Easy to schedule and showed up when they said they would.

Mr. Hackley did an outstanding job of restoring our water feature. We have used the big name companies with poor results. Mr. Hackley corrected long standing problems. His communication and dedication to completing a difficult job is very much appreciated. He stayed with it until he was satisfied.

Curt responded right away and gave tiered estimates for how to fix and renovate our backyard koi pond. We had an on-going leak situation that had gotten much worse & we were in dire need of a thorough clean-out.
His group was punctual, flexible, and hard-working & our pond has never looked so good!
