IF I COULD THIS NON LICENSED/BONDED COMPANY A ZERO STAR I WOULD!!! THIS GUY KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT PONDS AND PLEASE DONT LET HIM CONVINCED YOU THAT HE DOES! HE CHARGED ME THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS TO CLEAN MY POND AND TO SO CALL SEAL IT.. HE RUINED THE LINER OF THE POND AND ALSO DAMAGED OUR LAWN AS WELL! THE POND DOES NOT HOLD WATER NOW! HE ALSO PLANTED ALL KINDS of PLANTS IN THE POND THAT LED INTO A BREEDING GROUND FOR FROGS! THE FROGS ARE SO BAD THAT IT DISTURBS OUR SLEEP AT NIGHT! WE ARE IN THE PROCESS OF HIRING A REPLICABLE COMPANY TO REPAIR OUR PROBLEM...PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Did amazing BACK BENDING work removing and treating the poison ivy on our property. Was prompt and communicated thoroughly what he was doing.

Hackleys did a great job cleaning up my yard and removing leaves and at a fair price. Had to stop once due to weather, but called me and kept me informed as when they would return to finish.

Hackley’s restored our 20 yr old pond that had never been serviced - looks beautiful! Responded quickly, job completed in two trips with custom-made filter. Good vaue for good work.

Used their website for an estimate, zero follow up! Called back a week later spoke directly with Curtis. Made an appointment to quote to retention ponds. Unfortunately a Board member could not be present but o already forwarded exact addresses and pictures of each pond. I also called Curtis directly to apologize. I asked what would standing next to them really do for a quote anyway? We agreed he would swing by Friday or Monday. Tuesday comes so I reach out to see if he had a chance. His response…no, I’ll be able to on my day off Wednesday (isn’t this what you do when you’re working?). Anyway, Friday now so I follow up and his response was “ yeah, but I just saw it last night so no quote yet”. I’m like, I was just checking, no hurry on a quote but thanks for getting to it. It’s 3 weeks later now…..straight Patrick Swayze GHOST. Guess we ain’t gettin no quote. Appreciate you wasting our time!

Hackley's did a great job of removing the remaining rhizomes after I cut down the bamboo forest in my backyard, replacing it with an irrigated garden bed. They did this in spite of potential interference from 3rd parties. I will contact them again next year for 2026 landscaping work.

Lopez landscaping has done work for us for over 12 yrs. They are reliable, professional, hard working, trustworthy. Their work is beautiful, clean and neat.

Called at least 10 land scaping companies around Memphis with very bad results. Most didnt answer when called and those that did never got back to me or used the excuse they are too busy. I never understood that being too busy meant blowing prospective customers off.
U.S. lawns though just as busy as others did not. When I explained the unique need I had and what had to be done in a short amount of time they stepped up.
They made time for me though just a one time cut due to selling property and making it presentable for the buyer went along way with me as they knew this would not be a long term contract just a one off. And the whole time communicating with me via phone and showing me before and after pics as I was in another state
Communication was great from beginning to end which is something becoming obviously less common today.

U.S. Lawns has been our landscaper here at Barron Court Apartments now for two years, I must say I have no complaints. Drew always has a listening ear for any concerns or issues that would need to be addressed and will promptly get them resolved. The crew keeps the lawn and beds looking very nice and manicured.

Drew has been an absolute pleasure to work with, despite all the questions I have as we prepare for my landscaping overhaul. His team started my community's lawncare maintenance this year and we were thrilled at the difference it made right away.

US lawns in rock hill is awesome!! David Tadlock took the time for me and helped me to fulfill my lawn needs. A great guy and a great company. Would definitely recommend.

U.S Lawns does an excellent job on maintaining the curb appeal and goes above and beyond to ensure every owner's visit goes well. The owner is approachable and makes visit regularly. I make last minute suggestions and he gets it done with no hesitation. His crew is always well dressed and professional even when he is not there.

Went the extra mile to clear our church parking lot during the recent snow and ice storm. Appreciate their timely communication and updates with pictures.

Drew and his team at U.S. Lawns have done an amazing job for the third year in a row with ice removal. His team made sure that our property had ice and snow removed from walkways and the parking lot so that we could continue operating. We had several guests compliment us on how great our driveway and parking lot looked compared to the city streets. I thank Drew and his crew for making sure my guests and associates were able to function in the chaos of Storm Fern this year.
