I contacted the owner several times over a two week period to repair a part of my fence that bowed away from the pole. He kept telling me that he would send someone. No one every showed up and he eventually stopped answer my texts.

Received a quote for $650 to remove leaves from my front side yard and backyard. It seemed pretty high but the last person didn't follow through that quoted me only $350 and I needed the job done, so I called and texted to see when they could come out and I never received a text back or return phone call.

Joshua, the guy we dealt with was very professional and knowledgeable about everything dealing with lawns. He knew care and maintenance details about our imported trees and shrubs. This is not your average lawn service, I would call them specialists in all areas of lawn care. You will have to contact them because they do so much more. Lawn sprinklers, gutters, trees, irrigation, lighting, shrubs, flowers, fertilization and weed control, leaf removal and so much more. They're worth every penny.

I absolutely love my front and back yard that Joshua and his team took care of. I have used them several times and have always loved the outcome! I would highly recommend them as they are very professional and fair price!

I hired Brothers to do a spring yard cleanup (leaves, limbs, etc) after losing my longtime yard person. Over the phone they quoted $175, but after services were completed, I received a bill for $375. I spoke with Tiana, who assured me I had the wrong amount, that the quote was $375 - fair enough, and I gladly paid the bill as I think they did a great job.
At that time (March '23), I asked if they could start taking care of my lawn on a regular basis/ every 2 weeks or as needed - they assured me they could. They said they would start in mid April or early May.
It is now May 23rd - I have never had a call from them to let me know what is going on - When I reach out, I get cryptic "I'm speaking with the owner now" but no real communications, and every date I have been given is a no-show.
Now I have an extremely high yard, and am trying to get another service to take care of it. While it seems that Brothers does good work when they show up, their customer service is terrible, communications non-existent, and not dependable.

This is how you know that you are dealing with a quality company: I had had a miserable day at work. We have all had them. You ask yourself if it can get worse and it does. When I got home, I looked at the work, and they did everything we contracted for, and It looked good. I had a pounding headache. I called the owner to pay the balance. When he arrived, I suppose I sounded less than pleased because he kept asking me if I was happy with the work and that if I wasn't that they would make it right. I explained to him about the day I had had, and that everything was good. People, how many times have you had a company ask you over and over again if you were pleased with the work because they sincerely wanted everything to be right!

They always go above and beyond; we have multiple houses with them, and they take care of us.

These guys are top notch, called and was able to schedule them to come out and plow/salt a 1.5 acre area and plow the street here in memphis leading to my business. My business, the street, and the entrance is the cleanest, in at least a 1 mile square radius. Easy to work with, quick and efficient. We wanted a back yard makeover and someone recommended Gurley's. We are glad they did. Gurley's put in a beautiful fish pond with a waterfall, a beautiful stone walkway, among other things. They completely transformed our back yard. We strongly recommend them.
