We had a great experience with Gurley’s!

I called several times for an estimate and never received it.

I had them to come out and install a fence in the winter/spring 2019 and once summer came, the heat from the sun made the cap of the fence rise, so I have a eyesore of wood sticking up, and have called Andrew several times to come and correct the problem, all I get is I will get someone out this week, my guy is out of town, excuses after excuses, so now fence cap still not fixed, after me calling for 2 months or longer, of course now that it has cool down some it’s not sticking up as much, but still need to be repaired, I have not heard anything from Andrew, to correct this problem just excuses, when I call, I will never use them again and definitely would not refer them, I just want you to come and give me what I paid you in full for, fix my fence, I been more then patient.

I sent them a work request on their website. They quickly sent an email response saying I would hear from them shortly... but... I never heard from them.

We paid this company over 40k to do our landscaping and they did a horrible job. They suggested that we wait until the following season to replace them and when the following season arrived they did not warranty the initial request to have them replaced because serveral plant where dying and they said that they weren’t. Turns out during that same following season they were indeed dead and the 1 year warranty was out of date by that time and they did not replace them. This is a horrible company do not use them.

Gurley's did a great job trimming one of our trees and laying sod in the back yard. The crew was efficient and cleaned up the area totally when they were done. Great experience.

Bud and his team were a joy to work with. The process from design to installation went flawlessly. I couldn't have been more happy with the entire project. I would highly recommend them for your next project.

My wife and I couldn’t be more pleased with Gurley’s Landscape. Andrew Butas came out to assess the job and provided a timely estimate and comprehensive plan. We planted a row of DD Blanchard Magnolias and Nellie Stevens Hollys along the fence line for privacy. All the trees are beautiful and extremely healthy. The workers arrived on time and put forth extreme effort and care. There was absolutely no damage to my yard upon completion. Gurley’s went above and beyond and will absolutely receive my future business. June 2019

I gave them 2 start because they have an awesome selection of plants and trees. The down side....I contacted them 2 years ago about landscaping for my yard. I left multi messages on their phone and also at the actual location. 1 year later I went back to store location and left yet another message for landscaping help and design. Never had any responses from phone or an actual person in the center. Not sure why but I am happy to give my money to a service that wants/needs my business. Looking at other reviews, I'm happy they didn't call back. I prefer business that back their work.

We contacted Gurley's for a hardscaping, lighting, and landscape quote per the recommendation of our builder. It was difficult to get a response to the inquiry, and when we finally got the proposal, it was ridiculously expensive -- not to mention that it was not complete. When we repeatedly asked for revisions based on our needs, we had to wait for the sales rep / designer to respond. Overall, the proposal was not a good value, especially for the amount of effort it took to get it. I can only imagine how painful completing the project with these folks would have been. I'll pass.

Fantastic landscaping design and installation around a new pool and the driveway/walkway to the pool. Bud Gurley was on site for 2 days during installation to make sure the crew did it right. He also advised how to grade the rest of the lot to avoid drainage issues and where to place the fencing on a large lot. Nikki in the office is very helpful and quick to respond to questions.

Our home is open and friendly with a lot of fun stuff (pop a shot, shuffleboard etc) We wanted a yard that was an extension of our home. I am so glad we spent the money to hire someone that could really see our vision and execute it. We didn't just "redo" our yard. We created a large amount of extra living space. I can't see anyone else executing it like Gurley. They were on time and their crews were very respectful and easy to work with. Clifton is a gem and was onsite pretty much every day. He was in constant contact with us. Clifton is of those people you just know is a good apple from the moment you meet him. If you're looking to do your yard on the cheap this is probably not your best option. But they are very fair and worked with us to get to the price point we needed to. I recommend 10 out of 10. Hope this helps.

We not only have been using Gurley’s for our seasonal color needs in the past, but used them for landscape design and install. Andrew, the landscape architect, did a fantastic job designing our backyard! We wanted simple and low maintenance, but also aesthetically pleasing plant material. We could not be more happier choosing Gurley’s as our landscape company! The absolute best in town! When you pull up to our house, you know who designed it… it was Gurley’s!
