My yard is brown and does not reflect the amount of money that I spend for Safari. In addition, I have called the company and asked to speak to a representative. I have net herd from Safari.

Affordable, reliable and very knowledgeable. Service is better than Herbi-System. They treat front and back yard for a price lower than Herbi-System charged for the front yard.

They will literally come spray a zigzag in your front lawn, and leave you a bill for 40 biggins. The man didnt spray the full front, didnt touch the sides, and didnt even walk into the back yard. You are who you hire, and safaree lawn aint worth the 40 bucks

new customer and so far not impressed. I have asked for reapplication a couple times with a very blah sort of reply. I understand you have to give time for things to work but wow telling me to just wait 6 weeks doesn't want me to stay a customer.

I was contacted with a quote over the phone and was told that I would receive an email with the same information, but I never received an email. I contacted them again through email and never received a response. I called again on 6/19/2017 and a lady answered the phone and I explained the same thing and was put on hold for 6 minutes. Then, was transferred to a voicemail out of the blue. I will just take it as you all not needing the business. Thank you.

I've spoken with the staff and they have been working with me to address my cocerns. The lawn looks better. We still have some work to do but I'm confident that with their help the lawn will be looking great soon.

The guy come to service my lawn , is super fast , he disappear in 2 mins in including is car parking end equipment loading unloading. did not added any value to my lawn. going to discontinue my contract.

Called to have weeds sprayed. Hit walked so fast he missed areas in yard. Didn't even spray under the swing in the yard. Called them back out for the crabgrass and violets, still all over the yard. Manager comes out and ask me what my issue is...All these violets and crabgrass! Well there hard to get rid of, I can spray round up. I can do that, told them not to come back and he was fine with that. $60 Got nothing.

Isaac from Safari always goes above and beyond to explain what he is doing, and why. He is also a great resource for questions about our half sunny/half shady back yard. It's great to see someone who really cares about what he does. We are big fans of Safari -- we have a weed-free yard each year, and that means a lot les work for us.

Safari has been our Lawn care company for 15 years. Their employees from on-site to customer service are all great.

I have more weeds in my yard now than when they started. I have some tough ones to get out. They came by maybe once every 5-6 weeks. No special treatments applied to the yard, nothing to get the tough stuff out. Called one time to the office and asked them to come by to spray some of the tough weeds that kept growing up. Came and just did a standard spray.

I called them to cancel a few days ago- received no confirmation that my service was cancelled. Terrible follow-up with customers, no attention to service. Spend your money elsewhere.

We have used Safari for approximately 10 yrs. Their service is fantastic. If there is anything we are unhappy with we call them and they come out the next day.

Never on a set schedule with them , even when sun is shining they make excuses for missing treatments. Even after begging & pleading with them about my service being missed, never owned up to their inability to do what they agreed to.They won't listen to the customers concerns, their management just talks w/o listening, please, please don't waste your time & money!!!

Safari is the best. They are very courteous and kind. The gentleman that takes care of our yard is very thorough and so polite. They are trustworthy and have done a wonderful job of taking care of our lawn.

In 3 short months, our backyard transformed from being an eyesore to one of pride. Numerous weeds had taken over a weak bermuda turf. We were not expecting to have an attractive yard back until next season. Not only are we pleased with the results, Safari's staff and owner have been very courteous and helpful since we first placed our order. We can validate their catchphrase "The Hunt is Over!". No need to search further.

Safari, when earlier this year I contacted them about a whole section of my lawn dying out, came out (actually the owner came out), took a look, and decided it might be grubs. They treated it, and said they would either replace the area or credit me the cost of treatment for the rest of the year. I took the credit, and now the part that was dead is healthy and looks marvelous. This is a company that stands behind their service... you cannot ask for more.

Will absolutely never use these guys again. Very unprofessional. we have nutsedge and have had to call 6 times to get them to come out to fix the problem. They came out twice to spray for " weeds" (per their receipt on the door). The came out and sprayed for the "weeds" but did not touch the nutsedge. told me for the last 3 weeks that they would have someone come out to take care of it. none of which happened.

very unprofessional. would list as a 0 start if it was an option. and yes... spoke both with the scheduler and the manager (or owner). both were unresponsive and combative.

I have used a couple other lawn care services over the years and Safari is the one that has been able to make my yard look like I wanted it to. I had a minor problem with some type of weed in one small area of my yard and after I notified them, it was treated within 24 hours and did the trick.
No other weeds anywhere, lush green grass everywhere.
What I was looking for

Mr. Isaac Brown, my technician, is very careful, watching out for my roses and catching the rough patches with special treatment when they hit. If you want lawn care that's personal, high quality, and dependable, you really need to go with Safari. My lawn is the best in the neighborhood. Anybody can spray chemicals. These guys know it's all about service.

Safari has taken great care of our lawn the past 3 year. Our lawn looks amazing! They were so easy to deal with, always came on time and as scheduled.
