I didn't respond to your first request because I thought you may need more time to resolve my week issues, but since you asked again....It's almost June and I still have a lot of weeds growing. When you called me and I agreed to give you another chance I made it clear I was giving one last chance before I go to another lawn service. I was told it will take a month to clear the weeds, twice, and still lots of weeds coming up, including apparently some that required another $$$ treatment. I leave your signs up because I want my neighbors to see my lawn and weeds, I'm not optimistic about our future relationship, unless you solve the weed problem.

In just three months I've seen a huge difference in my yard, less weeds, healthier green grass and the mosquitoes spray is very effective . Can't wait till mow service is available in my area. Technicians communicate and execute well all around great customer service.

Charles Van takes care of our yard and does an amazing job. He goes above and beyond to accommodate our schedule because we have big dogs on the property. I highly recommend this company and especially Charles to take care of your lawn.

They can’t seem to kill my weed in the backyard. I feel like I am paying for nothing. Ever who my service guy is does not care about the backyard. The front yard looks great. I have called customer service and they said they would keep an eye out so we will see!

I have had trouble with Fairway Lawns for months. I watched their technician come out and spray my yard and completely miss my side yard, which is why there were still weeds growing rampant in the side yard. I called to complain and was told the technician would be sent back to my house Again. I was there when he came to spray and again he did not spray the side yard. When I called the second time, I was told that I would get a refund or credit on my account, but that didn't happen. I was charged for both of the sprays and when I didn't pay it, I was sent to collection. When I tried to call and rectify the situation The first time I was put on hold for 45 minutes and when I started talking to whoever the operator was, I was disconnected. The second time I called I use the automatic system for a callback rather than waiting online. Three times their number responded to me and each time I answered they hung up.I am looking for a new weed control company. Fairway Lawns is too expensive not to get good service and to be treated as I have been.

We have used Fairway Lawns since the Nineties. We have tried other lawn services but always come back to Fairway. Our Tech Charles Van is very knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to answer any questions or concerns we might have. I always recommend Fairway Lawns to my friends and neighbors.

AWESOME!!!. He always my sure my lawn gets exactly what's needed. He is very professional and pleasant all the time.
I can always ask questions and express my
concerns with out any problems. I look
forward to seeing him on every visit.

We have used Fairway Lawns for 28 years. Our tech is Charles and he has always done an excellent job. Charles always takes the time to answer my questions and fulfill my requests. Our dogs look forward to his treat.

My lawn guy recommended me to fairway, but service has been horrible, we paid for both weed and mosquito control. My backyard is full of weeds and mosquitoes! I called to request a service call, NO ONE come and spray it even after calling them to figure out what’s going on! No return calls until we canceled the service. This is a joke!

We are disappointed with the service received. We hired this lawn company to treat our yard during the winter months, expecting preventative results come spring. Unfortunately, when the season changed, the weeds showed up anyway—and they showed up strong. It’s frustrating to pay for a treatment that clearly didn’t deliver. We expected better communication about what to expect and more accountability. We won't be using them again.

I have enjoyed the services of Fairway Lawns for the past 6 years. They are very punctual with their treatments during the year. We have only had one summer where our lawn was not as beautiful as usual, but I believe it was our mistake not to get the treatment for bugs they suggested we needed. Otherwise, our yard always looks fantastic.

We have had Fairway Laws treat both our lawn and shrubs the last 2 years. They are timely, professional and our lawn has looked amazing both years. When we notice any bugs or change in our lawn Fairway Lawns asks questions and make an extra visit to keep the problem at bay and treat our lawn and shrubs quickly to eliminate any concerns. We have won our HOA’s Best Lawn of the month very year.

The Technician was very professional and courteous. He did an excellent job.

I’ve been using them for years and they’ve done a good job. Anthony, who has serviced my lawn for eight years is wonderful.

Unreliable - had to call multiple times asking when treatment is scheduled (monthly treatments is 6 week periodicity) or to schedule a retreat; promised and scheduled retreats did not occur; weeds never died; promises on what services would do were not met; technician told me to take care of issues myself - issues that were promised to be corrected with treatments; provided one more chance when calling to cancel and they failed at their requested one more chance; promised 100% refund when cancelled but only paid for services not yet provided though provided services all failed over 4 months of service. Managers too busy to answer phone, return phone calls, or provide anything other than excuses. Unreliable. Untrustworthy. Bought my own broadcast spreader and granular weed killer/grass fertilizer and weeds were dead in 10 days.

Royce is always great notifying me ahead of time when he will be here to service yard and pays extra attention to trouble areas. Very polite and professional
