TrueGreen has been a 5 Star company in taking care of my lawn for over 25 years. Specialist Trevore W. completed my lawn care services today in a professional manner. He had an exceptional positive attitude and an outstanding work ethics in explaining and performing job n servicing my home. Trevore W. greeted me respectfully and was knowledgeable of job when I asked questions of concerns. This young man is going places, an inspiration as a young African American male working and making a positive impact on the job and in the community. Trevore W. would make an excellent trainer with his positive energy, his ability to listen to the voice of the customer, his ability to communicate in an intelligent manner, his attention to details and his tremendous work ethic. 5 Stars for Trevore W.

We didn’t hear a doorbell but he could have pushed it. I still don’t know if my zoysia lawn is being cut at a preferred height (2-1/2 inches) and if my irrigation is or is not sufficient in this blistering weather.

I decided that the lawn Service I attempted and prayed about just were not working, so I decided to call TRUGREEN; AND "Wallah" my prayers were answered in just about one day (after TRUGREEN). I began to see weeds I had prayed about were dying. My SO CALLED), heavenly intervention came true with a lot of help from that first application. Thank you for your SERVICE and the wonderful personnel who provide service to all of us would be "lawn experts."

No noticable changes as promised, I attempted to reschedule services through their app which doesn't work, can't do it through their website. Instead I had to wait to be connected to some Indian call center apparently. Just not worth the hassle

I give true Green A1 services the specialists are very friendly when they come out when I do get to see them very professional and I have seen a big tremendous change with my lungs since I've been dealing with true Green for over a year now and I would most definitely refer TruGreen to friends and family.

We have been using tru green for at least 5 years, they have horrible technicians they spay your fence, spray your shed, wasting their products, then expect the home owner to continue to pay, not to mention when they put down fertilizer 80% lands on the side walk,,, we have followed all the procedures… or lawn has never looked remotely close to a golf course.. several complaints were made but nothing has changed….

My lawn was serviced on today by Matthew Odom. He rung my doorbell to announce his arrival and to see if I had any concerns. He was scheduled to apply only the lime soil enhancer. I shared my concerns on several areas on my lawn where the weeds weren’t addressed during the first application on March 14, 2022. Matthew not only listened to my concerns, he addressed everything. He was very respectful. The services provided on today was outstanding.

TruGreen is true to their word about their products and services. Prompt and professional. James our technician is great, friendly, professional and gives me tips and pointers about my grass, yard and how to keep it looking good.

The professionalism of my technician and his trainee was beyond reproach. The best service experience I’ve encountered. The lawns care services have been excellent throughout my contracts with TrueGreen but these technicians were the best I’ve encountered!!!
