Our True Green Technician, Michael R, worked quickly but thoroughly in the scorching heat. He masterfully calculated and applied the precise dosage of product to our lawn. We are pleased and excited to have this part of the process completed. Looking forward to seeing the overall results.

I would leave no stars if I could. Zero customer service. If you call the “local” number your routed to a call center. The technician that treated our lawn damaged one of our vehicles in our driveway. When I tried to report it, I was told the local manager would give me a call. The ticket was supposedly expedited but it’s been over 24 hours and I have not heard from anyone. The activity that caused the damage to my vehicle was caught on my ring camera.

Beware & steer clear of these people. They are not accountable for their employees negligence.

We have been very happy with TruGreen, the health of our lawn, tree and shrubs is amazing. The blossoms have been outstanding. I tried a year of DIY and did not get anywhere near the same results. We hired TruGreen back and they have done a fantastic improving the health of our lawn. It was an easy decision to renew again this year.

Killed my grass and grew more weeds!!! Instead of healthy grass, we now have burned spots, bear, brown spots , bull thistles flourishing in my yard from their “treatments.” We paid over $400 for lime treatment and $300 for aeration, plus fertilizer and weed preemergent, over $1200 over the past year. Weeds and wild flowered weeds, wild onions everywhere! I got no help after calling the manager, who simply looked and left a card. We have been totally cheated out of over $1000 with no resolution of the problem! Our lawn looks worse than it before they started. I could have gotten better results burying that money in my yard. I am so disgusted.

Update: a manager did send a crew to attempt a fix at no charge; the treated with fungicide and fertilizer, also aerated in early May. So far, as of late June 2024 the bare spots have filled I mostly; however, weeds are rampantly growing still. I do commend the company for the attempt to resolve the problem, but weeds are still worse.

Trugreen has done a great job maintaining my yard since I purchased my home. They have my yard looking top tier and one of the best on my street. Clean and consistent. Always the same specialist for every treatment so he knows my yard and is knowledgeable as to what it needs to keep looking great. Definitely worth the money, which turned out to be less than what I expected after getting quotes from competitors first.

Communication with the company was good, but the service results were extremely disappointing. My lawn was left overrun with Poa annua (annual bluegrass), and it’s clear that proper preventative care was not done. Despite their promises, the condition of the lawn continued to decline.

Extremely Disappointed – Services Not Performed, Yet Marked as Completed
I’ve been paying TruGreen for full lawn service on my 2-acre property for one year, and my lawn is still full of crabgrass and very thin. My home security cameras show that the technician often cut corners and didn’t properly service the yard.
I called for a reservice on 10/28/25. The technician (Adams) came out but didn’t apply any product. The online service report even said “no product applied.” He claimed pine leaves were the reason for my bare spots and crabgrass, but that makes no sense. There are only two pine trees in my front yard, and as you can see from my pictures, there are very few pine leaves at all. The same lawn issues exist throughout my backyard, which he never even visited.
I called again for another retreatment, scheduled for 10/30/25. I was home all day. At 3 PM, the tracker said “We’re delayed but will service your lawn.” Minutes later, it updated to “Service completed,” but the technician never came. The online report again said “I inspected your yard to address additional concerns, no product applied.”
Two times in a row, TruGreen marked services as completed when nothing was done. After paying for a full year of lawn care, I’m left with poor results, false reports, and no accountability.

JL’s Tree Service removed several large dead limbs that were in the top of a 70 foot tall tree that were waiting to fall on our house and fence. They also trimmed limbs that were touching our roof. Their service team is very polite, efficient, and they showed up on time as promised. I highly recommend them for any tree service needs you have! They are excellent!

Great communication from quote to day of removal. Carlos and his team were professional with great recommendations for both a tree trimming and a second removal. Highly recommend - I’m starting with them for some additional work.

Pricing was fair and very reasonable.

Tornado damage. These guys worked like clocks on the wall, every move had a purpose. I was truly worried that as they started cutting, the tree was going to crush the red truck as well. But man they had a plan that I never thought of. Using part of the tree they had cut to start, about 4 feet in diameter and about 5 feet tall with a skid steer was able to position under a section of the tree and a jack to raise it up so as they cut more of the top was able to lift tree off the red truck so I could move it foward a bit, however not far enough to get it completely out from under the tree so with skid steer they were able to pull it away from truck. Prior to that there was a big limb hanging over cab and hood of the red truck, and with a bucket truck sectioned it without dropping a piece on the truck.
If ever I need any more work or anyone I know, you can bet these guys will be highly recommended. Their skill and knowledge shined for us. We can't thank them enough.

Great tree company the owner very nice and understanding of everything, gives great quotes and they come out and get the job done and they clean up after themselves. Excellent company and will be continuing to give their business cards out. 10/10 highly recommended.

William and his team did a heck of a good job with all my trees that needed removing! I can now have my nice fence installed! I never had any concerns or stress with this process. Did I mention they did not destroy any of my beautiful hostas or elephant ears? They also cleaned up after themselves too!

We just had a giant dying hackberry tree removed today from our narrow city lot and Midsouth Tree Consultants were quick, super professional, and gave us the best quote for this tree removal. Excellent service and they took care of everything including removal and cleanup! Would HIGHLY recommend this company for your tree needs. :)
