I’ve used Fairway for many years and they never disappoint. I’m always exceptionally pleased each time they treat my lawn.

Kevin with Fairway Lawns is great. He is very personable and very knowledgeable. He is always on time and explains all that he does each visit.

My Technician Anthony is always very pleasant. He always answer any questions I have and he is attentive to my lawn.

Use another service. My father has used them for years, argued with the technician about him not spraying the whole yard. My father was a sprayer for many years in Tennessee and knowledgeable about spraying

Over all Fairway has done a good job at keeping my weeds at bay and having a healthy lawn. Last season however was a disappointment, but when called they made it right and fixed up my lawn.

We Received our 1st service today. Fairway Lawn was on time. Carl promised to always follow-up with us after each treatment and made suggestions to get the best results. So we'll see what happens after the third treatment.

Great team that came and helped me take care of our lawn for our new home until we could move in and get situated. 100% took a stressor off my wife and I as we were trying to complete renovations we did not have to worry about the yard work on top of it.

I am very pleased with the service and results of the services provided by Fairway Lawns of Memphis. They're consistent and their communications and follow-up are really good. Good service is hard to find, but this company does it right.

Our yard has gotten healthier over the last couple of years with regular treatments with Fairway Lawns. Always on time and respectful of property.

This business is not straight forward. I signed up for service back in Feb 2026. And was told a rep would come out in 3 to 4 business days but no ever showed. I called and spoke to a customer service rep today 3/9 and I kept being placed on hold. Only to find out that they don't service my area. I asked why didnt anyone just let me know, but the response that I got was "We dropped the ball on our end." If I could this company zero stars, I would. It was a complete waste of time and lack of transparency.

This is my first year with Fairway Lawns and so far I am very pleased. Royce is my primary technician. He is always professional and happy to answer any questions I may have. I seen improvement in my lawn within a few months. I have recommended them to a couple of my neighbors.

Great management and service. Whenever there is an issue, the branch manager Rusty will call himself and get it rectified. Every representative has been professional and responsible administering the services. Very knowledgeable staff. More importantly, my lawn has taken a turn for the better.

Very disappointed I have used fairway laws for several years paying in the winter and fall for pre-emerge to stop the spring weeds. My yard is full of weeds more than anyone else in the neighborhood.
They really have no clue what they are doing .
They said fall pre emerge is the key yet I pay for this service.
There are also dead spots where they have killed my Bermuda grass as well.
I think they are just clueless .

This company is UNETHICAL and UNPROFESSIONAL!!! BUYER BEWARE!! PLEASE DON'T UTILIZE THEIR SERVICES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GRASS IS NOW DEAD ON THE FRONT YARD! APPLIED PRODUCTS THAT REQUIRED WATERING WHEN I WAS OUT OF TOWN FOR A MONTH DUE TO A WRECK AND CANCELLED SERVICES!!!!!

Fairway Lawn service delivered ineffective services and killed a portion of my front yard. My front lawn was significantly different in weed control. Weeds covered the back yard in comparison to the front. I returned home to a vast majority of dead grass in the front yard aside from tree removal. My cameras did not record (Royce, service manager) on several occasions completing services. Home office indicated that he was quick. I requested cancellation of services via the office and treatment manager (Royce) but services were still performed after cancellation request was made due to underwhelming services. I was out of town due to a car wreck for a month. The grass required watering due to the treatments applied without permission resulting in dead grass.

I called in to request to hear the conversation regarding cancellation. Customer service indicated "we don't do that here. We don't have to lie. I'm not going to argue with you." Although initially they indicated that I called 3 times for 3 seconds. After the call with Royce, I cancelled my credit card with a feeling that my card would still be charged after request to provide free services after consulting with his supervisor. Fairway continued to attempt to bill 3 times in January, 2 times in February, and 2 times in March with no correspondence from me because I already cancelled services. I have been sent to collections after performing my due diligence with 2 entities from their company. I requested notes from the calls, and it was indicated I displayed frustration and manager request so why continue to provide treatment services.
However, I have a collection bill for $210. My bill increased from $65 to $70 without notice. I was informed that I should request notification of a price increase. This company is UNETHICAL and UNPROFESSIONAL!!! BUYER BEWARE!! PLEASE DON'T UTILIZE THEIR SERVICES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GRASS IS NOW DEAD ON THE FRONT OF THE YARD!

I have been a customer of fairway lawn for several years now. Anthony, my technician, has serviced both of my homes. He does a great and thorough job. My only complaint would be the rising cost of service through the years. But then again, what hasn't become more costly.

I texted Johnathan at Fairway Lawn with what I thought was a new problem with the weeds in our yard. He came to the house and impressed me by listening to our concerns. Johnathan answered all my questions and shared some adjustments Fairway is making to address cooler weather challenges. He was thorough and made sure I understood what to expect over the next several months. He also reviewed a timeline for future services and provided realistic outcomes for our lawn.

I have had no assistance from them. Pictures show my lawn now and I always had
a beautiful lawn. I am canceling my service and will not recommend them to anyone. I am 82 and my husband is handicapped I am trying to keep my lawn and my home.
